Loved the bungalow, great communication ahead of arrival and leaving. The property was spotless and well equipped. Loved the garden area and the beds were super comfy. If I had a small (and it is small) critique the covers on the outdoor furniture could do with a clean.

The location of the bungalow was in the centre of the resort and very convenient for reaching all the major attractions. The rooms were clean and tidy with all the facilities required, the outside area was very private for sunbathing. Also the host Lionel was very friendly and helpful in getting us settled into the accommodation.

Excellent apartments. The service is great and everything is well organized at a high level. You really feel safe here, which is very important and reassuring. There is also a lovely ?????????? ???? with sun loungers where you can relax comfortably. The location is very convenient: several shops are nearby, and the beach is about a 7–8 minute walk at a relaxed pace. All necessary infrastructure is within walking distance. The apartment has everything you need, the kitchen is fully equipped, and all appliances work properly. Overall, everything is designed for a comfortable stay. No complaints at all — we really enjoyed it.

Apartment was very clean and a good size for us two, had a large and comfy bed. Nice outside area with loungers and seating area. Shops and restaurants nearby. If you like Playa del Ingles then location would be 5 star, we hadn't stayed in the area before and would prefer somewhere less busy or noisy hence our rating. This is puely a personal choice though and not a refection on the apartment. Listing says there is an oven, there is a microwave and hob but no main oven.Overall we enjoyed our stay.
