A private 5x11m swimming pool (with a protective cover) is available for your enjoyment. From here, you'll overlook the surrounding countryside and glimpse the small village bell tower. A carport (for 3 cars) is available. Pets are not allowed. From here, you can enjoy numerous sightseeing and activity options: an equestrian center 1 km away, L'Isle-en-Dodon market (13 km) on Thursday mornings, farm producers, hiking trails, Saint-Frajou lake 5 km away (fishing and walking), the medieval village of Aurignac and the Aurignacian Museum 14 km away, and many other discoveries! On the ground floor: entrance hall, kitchen/dining room, living room, Vigne bedroom (1 double bed (160 cm) and 1 extra bed (140 cm) with private bathroom/WC).
