There is a pet fee of $25 per night per pet, which will be assessed after booking. It's important to disclose your pet during the booking process to avoid additional charges. The pet fee covers the extra cleaning required upon departure due to your furry friend's stay but does not include any potential damages.

As responsible pet owners, guests are expected to take care of any damages or stains caused by their pets, including those resulting from chewing, scratching, or accidents. Additionally, guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, and any necessary carpet cleaning costs will be the guest's responsibility. If you require additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight parking in two designated areas: 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite parking lot (which also accommodates RVs and trailers).

WARNING: Please be advised that during the winter season, all driveways and roads may be covered with snow and ice, making it necessary for vehicles to have 4WD or AWD to safely navigate. Please note that we cannot offer refunds for cars that get stuck or require towing. Additionally, some homes may require 4WD or AWD during non-winter months due to uneven surfaces and dirt roads.
