Nuestra casa cuenta con tres cómodas habitaciones, dos baños nuevos y modernos, dos salas de estar, una cocina nueva, varias terrazas y una piscina privada. Tiene una vista fantástica de 180º del casco antiguo de Ibiza (Dalt Vila), Playa den Bossa, el mar con Formentera al fondo y Sa Caleta.
Las habitaciones están en la planta baja y desde todas las habitaciones tiene una vista maravillosa hacia el jardín, la piscina y el mar.
Todas las habitaciones están equipadas con aire acondicionado.
Ambos baños han sido recientemente renovados y se mantienen en un estilo moderno.
Toda la sala de estar-comedor en la planta baja también fue recientemente renovada y equipada con una cocina moderna y luminosa con isla.
Hay asientos en todas las terrazas y balcones.
Hay una mesa grande y hermosa de teca en la planta baja, donde se puede comer al aire libre a cualquier hora del día, tumbonas y una cómoda zona de descanso junto a la piscina, en el piso superior una terraza con otra mesa de comedor, el balcón frente a la gran sala de estar, la terraza en el jardín. y desde todas partes tienes una vista maravillosa.
La casa está ubicada en Sa Carroca, una tranquila zona residencial y, a pesar de su céntrica ubicación, Can Carlos es el lugar ideal para encontrar paz y relajación.
Para los fanáticos de la parrilla entre nuestros huéspedes, tenemos una nueva parrilla de gas Broil King.
La ciudad de Ibiza está a unos 7 minutos en coche, el aeropuerto a unos 7 minutos y Playa den Bossa a unos 5 minutos. La playa de Salinas se puede llegar en coche en 10 minutos. Como Can Carlos está en una colina sobre San Jordi, puedes ver el Ushuaia. Los restaurantes y todas las famosas discotecas de la isla están a poca distancia.
Las tiendas están en las inmediaciones.
La casa está en una propiedad vallada y la entrada está asegurada con una puerta eléctrica.
Hay un gran jardín bien cuidado que florece maravillosamente, especialmente en primavera. Can Carlos mira hacia el sur, por lo que tiene sol de la mañana a la noche.

Best villa I've stayed in so far

Amazing view of the city. You can stand on the porch and it is hard to take your eyes off of this incredible view. Excellent location and security. You have two motorized gates and motion sensors/cameras throughout the exterior of the property. Armin and his wife make your stay easy and carefree.

Amazing view and beautiful property

The house has amazing views of Ibiza and the Mediterranean Sea as well as the island of Formentara. We cooked every night, and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, and the down blankets and pillows were luxurious. The house is 3 minutes from the Mercadona VA grocery store with beautiful fresh fish and very reasonable prices. I would absolutely recommend this home for big groups and small groups!

Lovely villa, with stunning views. Armin, property owner very helpful. About a 10 min drive to sea front and long sandy beach. 25 min drive to Ibiza Old town/Marina Sadly nothing local to walk too for evening. Need to drive or get a taxi. Ibiza beautiful island. Explored on e bikes via Get your Guide App. Recommend it as a way to explore other parts of island

Traumhafter Urlaub!

Wir haben mit sechs erwachsenen Personen eine Woche Urlaub in diesem Domizil gemacht und es keine Minute beräuht. Sauber, viel Platz, einzigartiger Ausblick, genug Schattenplätze, gut eingerichtete Küche, Außengrill, Parkplätze für mindestens drei Kleinwagen dirket vor dem Haus durch zwei Pforten gesichert. Haus mit Alarmanlage und Safe. Der Pool wurde täglich genutzt. Putzmittel und Geräte vorhanden, ebenso Bettwäsche, Bad- und Poolhandtücher. Sehr hilfbereite Vermieter. Alles in allem perfekt! Vielen lieben Dank!

Fabulous...

The villa is set in the hills overlooking Ibiza, old town and in the distance you can watch the planes come and go. I found the villa to be even more beautiful than the photographs, and it's utterly delightful. It's quiet, peaceful and fully equipped (the only item I did not find was an ironing board, but so what!). It's extremely spacious both inside and out, and is quite a large property in a gated lot. I would come back, and very much recommend to a friend or reviewer. A car is needed, unless you decide to take taxi's etc. For reviewers, I have traveled extensively around the world, as have my teenage children, and this review reflects our opinions based on our other experiences. We visited Ibiza the first week of June 2019, just at the start of the main season. Our visit was perfect: This is a fantastic villa in an excellent location up above the hills of Playa d’en Bossa. The house meets every expectation that the photos and description promise. The property is extremely spacious, clean and situated well. The bedrooms are all well sized, and there’s good areas to chill out either indoors, or outdoors by the pool. A. Andreas is a great host as well. He helped us out a lot while we were in Ibiza (local tips, taxi numbers etc) and always responded quickly to any questions. If you are lucky enough to be traveling during the summer or fall, you will have an extraordinary holiday with a villa that has many outdoor spaces like a terrace with a Gas Barbecue Grill, a king size Bali Bed further down below in the garden, and a welcoming (and private) swimming pool. To sum it up, I cannot recommend this villa highly enough - superb: It is beautiful, comfortable, well-stocked, nicely furnished -- it has everything for a great stay in Ibiza. Thank you so much.

Andreas was very nice and accommodating. The villa was in great condition and far bigger than we expected. There were so many common areas- it was lovely. It was only about a 7 minute drive to Ibiza town. We would definitely stay here again. It was perfect for our little bachelorette weekend away!

My friends and I loved this villa. It had everything we needed for our short 3 day stay. Pool was lovely and for October, we were lucky to have perfect weather. The owner was on hand when needed and very helpful. The only thing we would say could be changed is the pillows, they were far too big and not comfy! But the beds were great Thank u !

Our villa was FANTASTIC. Very Beautiful and spacious very well maintained and very clean. We all felt at home here with plenty of space to hangout and relax. Exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort facilities and security. The Views are absolutely breathtaking from every balcony. Kitchen has more than you need for you to prepare an amazing meal with lots of condiments and spices provided. Great location Close to EVERYTHING! The owner Andreas greeted us when we arrived and showed us around. He responded quickly if there was anything that we needed from taxis to babysitters. Would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone.

Angenehmes Wohnen in sehr schöner geräumiger Villa.

Wir haben in der Villa zeitweise mit sechs Personen gewohnt. Die sehr gepflegte Villa bietet dafür genug Platz. Die Schlafzimmer und Bäder sind alle ausreichend groß dafür. Auch das große Wohnzimmer und der großzügige Essbereich bieten gut Platz zum leben. Die Villa liegt sehr ruhig aber durchaus nicht abgeschieden. Man gelangt schnell von der Schnellstraße nach San Josep zur Villa. Es war saisonbedingt recht heiß in der Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes. Dabei hielten wir uns doch meistens im Haus auf. Leider verfügt der Außenbereich - auch am Pool - über keinen Schattenbereich mit Sonnenliegen. Der kleine Loungebereich am Pool ist dafür nicht richtig geeignet. Das Anwesen verfügt über einen großzügen Essbereich auf der Terrasse. Auch dieser Bereich war uns zum Frühstücken zu warm, so dass wir immer im Haus gefrühstückt hatten. Ansonsten ist die Villa super gepflegt. Bei Anfragen oder kleineren Problemen gab es von den sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Eigentümern sofort ein konstruktives Feedback. Wir können einen Urlaub dort nur weiterempfehlen.

Traumhaftes und gepflegtes Haus mit tollem Flair

Wir waren mit 6 Personen dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gibt nichts was fehlt. Die moderne Küche ist top eingerichtet und der Essbereich sehr gemütlich. Hier ist die „Zentrale“ wo man gemeinsam sitzt. Das großzügige Wohnzimmer in der oberen Etage ist sehr schön mit fantastischem Ausblick. Durch die vielen Terassen findet man immer ein Plätzchen mit herrlichem Ausblick, wo man gemeinsam verweilen kann. Auch der Pool ist schön angelegt. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen und es ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Es liegt sehr ruhig und ist geschützt. Eine Anmietung eines Leihwagens ist erforderlich. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Das perfekte Haus mit einer traumhaften Lage und Aussicht

Das Haus war noch schöner als wir es erwartet oder erträumt hatten. Wir waren mit unseren Kindern (21 und 23 Jahre) und deren Partnern eine Woche in diesem Haus und es war wunderbar. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und stilvoll und es gibt so viel Platz, dass man sich teilweise schon suchen geht. Die Highlights sind aber eindeutig die vielen Terrassen, Balkone und Sitzecken draußen. Jeder findet seinen perfekten Platz, ob in der Sonne oder im Schatten und überall mit einem Panoramblick auf die Altstadt von Ibiza und das Meer, welcher nicht zu übertreffen ist. Und wer Abkühlung braucht springt schnell in den Pool mit Gegenstromanlage. Die Lage am Ende der Sackgasse führt dazu, dass man absolut für sich ist und keine neugierigen Nachbarn stören. Der Garten ist riesig und wunderschön angelegt. Aber auch innen löst das Haus große Begeisterung aus. Eine wirklich zum ersten Mal komplett ausgestattete Küche in welcher man kompromisslos kochen kann, wenn nicht die Restaurants der Insel zu sehr locken. Die Schlafzimmer sind alle 3 sehr groß und bieten mehr als ausreichend Platz (nebenbei auch wirklich viele Kleiderbügel :-)); die Bäder toll und das Wohnzimmer im Obergeschoss bietet eine Aussicht, dass man diesen Raum eigentlich nie wieder verlassen möchte. Ergänzt wird das Ganze noch mit einem aufmerksamen, superfreundlichen Vermieter (wir durften am Abreisetag unsere Koffer noch in der Garage bis spät Nachmittags aufbewahren) und einem perfekten Service. Ich kann mir so viel Mühe geben wie ich möchte, aber es gibt nichts Negatives und ich freue mich schon auf das nächste Mal.

Stunning views spacious and well appointed with fab host

Five of us shared this villa and we had space and fantastic views time disappeared as you soaked up the views again and again from the top seeing from ibiza town across to the salt flats. The villa has comfortable areas to sit, chat and mix or be on your own watching the sun come up and then watch it set. Clean, tidy, and the host Armin is so welcoming and helpful. Everything you need is close by, shops are nearby and the main centres a short car ride. Do hire a car even if yours sits in the drive some days like ours did. There's a peaceful quietness on all levels. It's a relaxing place. The amenity fantastic and you can see that the owner has not skimped on anything and wifi is a secure connection that never dropped. The privacy, the amenity, the quiet and the space should convince you to choose this villa above all others but it's the look of it too, that should convince you that it's the ideal location.

PERFETTA

Casa da consigliare assolutamente per qualunque tipo di vacanza. Posizione molto utile perchè in pochi minuti si raggiunge ogni punto di attrazione. La struttura è pulita e spaziosa, per non parlare della fantastica vista sulla città vecchia e les salines. Spesso abbiamo trascorso interi pomeriggi in piscina godendo della tranquillità del giardino. Grazie ad Andreas per la disponibilità.

Beautiful villa - stunning views!

This house is absolutely beautiful. It is very spacious with various terraces and balconies that can be used for breakfast, dinner or just hanging out after a day at the beach. It was even difficult for us to use every outdoor area at least once during our 1 week stay as there are so many of them. We loved the swimming pool and the absolute stunning views over the town and the sea. The pictures definitely don't lie, if anything the house looks even better in reality! The house is very well equipped for everything you need. We didn't cook very often but when we did the kitchen had everything we needed. Everything in the house looked quite new and very clean. There is a big supermarket 800m away but a rental car is definitely recommended to get around town and to the beaches (10-15min). Our hosts were very friendly, helpful and professional and made sure we had everything we needed. We would always rent this house again!

Amazingly beautiful! Breathtaking Views! Best experience ever!

I am a frequent traveler and visited many beaches and have rented other properties through Vrbo before. Without hesitation, this was the best experience ever. Armin and his wife were a pleasure to work with. We were a group of 5 guys celebrating one of my friends upcoming marriage and wanted a house close to the beach and main clubs in playa den bosse but also away from all the action so we can be able to relax and chill and enjoy our vacation. This was the perfect house for us. The house sits atop a hill with the most beautiful, breathtaking panoramic views of the beach and island. Armin and I were in constant communication weeks prior to our trip. He was always quick to respond to my emails on any questions we had. Armin's wife met us outside the house early in the morning to check us in and made us feel very welcome. She showed us around the house and provided us with the necessary phone numbers in case we needed a taxi or a driver. I stayed in communication with Armin through whattsapp and he was always available in case we needed anything. We walked down the hill to the local Mercadona supermarket to buy groceries. The house is fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen appliances and also clean bed linens, towels, cleaning supplies, anything you can think of, the house had. We enjoyed relaxing in the swimming pool early mornings or afternoon. We took many photographs from all the balconies and the house even has stairs to go up to roof and just admire the view. This is when you really just take a deep breath, smile and reflect on how blessed you are to experience this. You feel safe and secure as you have to get through two electronic gates to get to the house. I already want to plan a trip to come back next summer to experience this house with my wife and kids. Armin's wife checked us out of the house which was also a very quick and simple process. A car is recommended to explore the island. It was our 1st time visiting and didn't mind paying for taxis. Just know that taxis in Ibiza only carry 4 people max so we had to get two taxis everywhere we went. Thank you for making our trip one of the most memorable and enjoyable trips I've taken.

Wunderschöne Villa mit Charme

Ein Feriendomizil in dem man sich ab der ersten Minute an wohl fühlt. Super Nette Vermieter , die einem jederzeit mit Tips und Hilfe bei Seite stand. Ganz besonders hat uns die super tolle Lage gefallen ( 10min Flughafen / 10min am Playa de Selines/ 19 min die Stadt Ibiza) Der außergewöhnliche Ausblick ( man kann sogar die Insel Formentera sehen ) Hat uns vor allem am Abend und beim frühstücken auf der sonnenterasse einfach verzaubert !! Da will man nicht mehr weg ..... Auch von der Ausstattung vor allem in der Küche konnte man vor allem mit Kindern sehr Profitieren. Alles top gepflegt und sauber !!! Alles in einem können wir die Villa nur empfehlen und kommen ganz sicher wieder ..... Weiter so. TOP TOP TOP

Super Ferienhaus mit fantastischem Blick!!

Wir hatten ein tolles verlängertes Wochenende auf Ibiza in der Nebensaison. Uns hat unser Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus Can Carlos sehr gut gefallen. Das erste, was einem bei Ankunft auffällt, ist der fantastische Blick von allen Terrassen über Playa den Boss. Bei klarem Wetter kann man Formentera sehen. Und wenn man in die Stadt fahren will, ist diese nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Bis zum ersten Strand sind es auch nur 5 Minuten. Diese zentrale Lage des Hauses haben wir als grossen Vorteil gesehen (wir haben uns für die Tage ein Auto gemietet). Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet und verfügt über eine grosszügige und helle Küche und es fehlt an nichts. A. Andreas war ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Wir kommen bestimmt im Sommer wieder ...

Grandioser Blick über die Insel , Erholung pur

Die Fotos von Can Carlos ließen schon erkennen, dass die Lage so schlecht nicht sein kann. Bei unserer Ankunft auf dem "Hügel" wurden unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir konnten uns kaum satt sehen an dem grandiosen Ausblick, den das Anwesen bietet. Wow! Hervorzuheben ist, das wir vom Flughafen bis zum Haus keine 15min gebraucht haben, was bei er Anreise mit unserem Kind sehr angenehm war. Aus den Schlafzimmern sieht man Formentera. Vom oberen Wohnzimmer hat man einen 180 Grad Blick von Dalt Villa über Playa den Bossa und Sa Caleta. Durch die Südhanglage hatten wir von morgens bis abends Sonne. Der große Esstisch auf einer der unteren Terrassen war unser Stammplatz. Herrlich! Das untere Wohnzimmer, die Küche und ein Bad sind offensichtlich komplett neu gestaltet worden. Von der voll ausgestatteten Küche kann man hinten heraus auf eine Essterrasse treten. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr zentral gelegen und nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto von Playa den Bossa entfernt. Aus der Ferne sieht man das Ushuaia und das Hard Rock Hotel. Uns hat besonders gut gefallen, dass man zugleich abgeschieden oberhalb von Playa den Bossa und doch nah an Ibiza Stadt wohnt. Vom Hausherrn Andreas wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen. Seine Einführung auf Deutsch war hilfreich, da wir mit unserem Spanisch nicht weit gekommen wären. Da Andreas seit vielen Jahren auf der Insel lebt, war er nie um gute Tipps verlegen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

I moved to Ibiza in 2006 for work reasons. When I am not working in the office, I like to spend time on the beach with my wife and our kids. We decided to rent out our villa in Sa Carroca, because we have had good experiences with renting private homes when traveling.
We believe staying in a private home beats any hotel :-)

Sa Carroca is one of the nicest residential areas on Ibiza.
Ibicencos and residents live here all year long and it is not a typical tourist area.
Despite its quiet location, Sa Carroca is centrally located.
