In Ibiza, the holiday apartment "Dalt Vila" offers an excellent view of the Balearic Sea. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine.

This vacation rental offers a private open terrace for relaxing evenings.

The nearby “Erosky” supermarket is 3 minutes away on foot on the road "Via Punica", meanwhile the main square “Vara de Rey” is five minutes away from the apartment and just 2 minutes away from the centre of Ibiza. In addition, public transport links are within walking distance and several restaurants, bars, and shops are nearby.

Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.

Please note that the property is located in the old town, the access can be not the most comfortable for old people or families with babies as there are stairs and hills to get to the property.

Het appartement zit op een prachtige locatie. In Ibiza stad.

Pros: De plek van het appartement. Het appartement is sfeervol ingericht Voldoende ruimte voor 4 personen Mooi dakterras Wasmachine is erg prettig Cons: De douchebak lekt erg waardoor na het douchen de gehele badkamer nat is Achterstallig onderhoud ( wasbak douche lekt, douchebak lekt, airco lekt, parasolvoet doorgeroest) Als we dit melden wordt het wel verholpen. Het ruikt wel muf binnen( komst ws door al het vocht, lekkages)
