5 blocks away you will reach the shores of Venice Beach. Most tourists use the main beach entrance where free yoga classes are offered every morning and evening. If you'd like a more local beach experience, just ask us.

The unit has been outfitted with new floors, updated appliances, a newly remodeled kitchen and bathroom, and the furniture is in great condition. The interior décor was thoughtfully planned to keep the living space bright and up-lifting.

Icy-cold A/C, new plumbing and electrical throughout, an HD security camera system and fiber optic wireless internet.

Included in your stay are bicycles along with beach towels, beach toys, beach chairs, and a grill with extra propane tanks on-site. Enjoy a cup of coffee (Keurig machine provided) while you watch the sunrise from the flex room.

*Visit the nearby South Jetty for gorgeous sunsets and music on Saturday nights.

*Sharky's Pier is a short 4-minute drive.

*531 Manatee is very comfortable for 2-4 persons. The bedroom are fitted with queen-size beds. A full-size washer/dryer is conveniently located in the main bath which has been remodeled, includes a step-in shower.

*The Kitchen has quartz counter-tops and is fully equipped with a Keurig Duo (k-cup & ground) coffee maker, microwave, garbage disposal, dishes and utensils. The dining area has seating for four, and outside is a Weber propane gas grill.

*Basic utilities (electric, water, & trash) and high speed fiber-optic WiFi are included for stays shorter than 3-months.

*Security cameras throughout the property for optimum security, keyless entry and private, off-street 2-car parking, right up to your front door, all at ground level.

*The outdoor deck boxes are full of beach chairs, umbrellas and other beach gear.
