Gorgeous and bright house with large kitchen, living room, work space and cozy bedrooms; large terrace and backyard with pool and barbecue area, located in a quiet neighborhood with nature and 5 minute from the beach and Manasota Key. Very good situation also for shops and restaurants. The place is pet friendly, near the paw park beach and natural parks.

The kitchen was very well equipped for a simple quick meal, or for a full family dinner. More spacious than I expected, very quiet neighborhood, easy access to restaurants and beautiful beaches. Pool is all to yourself!

This thing was accurate, I just wasn’t expecting how the two bedrooms are lined up with the bathroom. To access one of the bedrooms you had to go through the bathroom and or through the other bedroom.

Cozy and clean

The property was really clean and very neat. The kitchen was well equipped. Appliances in really good shape, working great. The communication with the owner was awesome! We got prompt responses anytime we had questions. I loved the fact that we were able to bring our dog and cat without any problems. The neighborhood is very quiet. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful time. The location is good. We went to Venice Beach and Englewood beach(Blind Pass Beach). Centrally located. I hiked at both Oscar Scherer and Myakkahachee Creek Environmental Park. We even stoppped at the Venice Farmer's Market. Totally enjoyed our stay.

Very nice place and was well kept. Very easy check in and communication was easy. Only issue is the mattress. Maybe I’m old or set but the mattress needs to be more firm.

We had a wonderful stay. Spent most of our time hanging out in the pool. Very close to the beach and shopping.

This is a great house. It had everything we needed.Carmen,our host reached out to make sure everything was perfect. Which it was! The location is convenient to shopping, restaurants, and of course, home to some of the best beaches in the world! We especially enjoyed the outdoor space, with the pool.Thank you Carmen for being an exceptional host.

Home away from home.

This poolhouse was just perfect for us. It was well equipped for anything we could possibly need. The furnishings were very comfortable and the home was immaculate. The bonus was the grill and pool. We highly recommend this place to everyone.

Memorial weekend getaway

The home was ok, beds were comfortable although bedrooms were too close together for comfort, with 2 couples having to share a bathroom with sliding pocket doors. Waking everyone when using bathroom at night. The house is a duplex so there are others sharing the home. Pool is in need of much repair and was not very clean. Needs a good regular pest control as presence of spiders and roach droppings in cabinets. Would I stay again? Probably not. Used my One Key Cash on this one so no out of pocket money spent.

We enjoyed our visit, and were pleased with the property and its location to places we wanted to go. The pool is a bit outdated and could use an update, and fix the pool lights. But otherwise for just the two of us, it was nice and Carmen and her husband were very friendly and Quick to respond when we had questions.

Clean and tidy and excellent amenities

We were very pleased with the property. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Had a little problem getting the key out of the lockbox upon arrival but Carmen responded immediately and got it for us. She was an excellent host.

Old Florida vibe

There are a lot of pluses to this house in South Venice. The neighborhood was exceptionally quiet and conveniently located. The house was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated with a lot of nice little touches. We appreciated allowing our dog to stay with us( and the yard is fully fenced). The outside could use a little TLC but that did not distract from our stay. We did not use the pool but it was nice sitting out back having our coffee This is a very good value for the price. Thank you Carmen! .

Cozy place

Pros: livingroom and kitchen were fine. Older, but clean and comfortable. Beds were comfy. Area easy to beaches and shopping. Cons: yard needs TLC. Master bedroom access is through the only bathroom or through the other bedroom. No hall access. No problem for us, but if we were with another couple would have been very uncomfortable.
