We had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, beautifully updated, and had the perfect beach-chic feel, with a spacious deck and easy access to the beach. You can tell a lot of thought went into this home, and we would absolutely recommend it to any couple or family looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

The host went out of her way for making our stay very comfortable. The place was spotless and it was like living in someone’s home all the kitchen items and everything else was so well thought out. I will definitely stay there again. If traveling to Folly Beach I honestly can’t say enough good things about this house and host

Mother/Daughter trip with a 9 month old baby! This beautiful beach cottage was perfect for us. You are steps from the beach and Folly is one of the nicest eastern beaches I’ve been on. The house was equipped with everything we needed. The host was very responsive. Booked this home again for next year.

The beach house, price and constant communication with the host has us planning our 3rd annual trip to Folly Beach-only if we can stay in the "million dollar view" cottage again! The views were breathtaking. The proximity to the beach and the quaint town with golf cart transportation and real small town beach vibes has us hooked.

Super cute beach bungalow right on the sand. Views and vibes were incredible. Only negative was that there were no closets in the bedrooms, but there were only two of us so I was able to spread my suitcase out in the bunk room. Somebody would come back in a heartbeat.

This beachfront home is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Everything was very clean, and the kitchen was well supplied. And, of course, the ocean view is fabulous!! The host was very pleasant to work with and communicated well. We hope to return next year!

Amazing house!! The bed are the most countable beds of quite possibly any rental we’ve ever rented. The house is fully stocked - towels, beach towels, beach toys, kitchen, even a hand mixer! The porch is incredible and the house overall was great, we will be back for sure!

Just the best stay! Ocean views from the huge deck, inside was so clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Location was great and owners made it super easy on us. Would 100% stay again.

We could not have asked for a nicer place to stay on Folly Beach! The cottage is very clean & cozy, nicely decorated, plenty of parking, a huge deck on the back overlooking the beach, and directly on the beach! Communications with the host were superb, we received almost immediate responses from Sandra. We had an excellent stay…10 out of 10

This was a family vacation. Everyone loved the house and it had everything you need. You can tell this property is loved by the owner. The attention in detail did not go unnoticed. Very warm house and I love the layout. None of the bedrooms share a wall. Nice little seating areas to space out.

My friend and I had the absolute best time at this property! It is amazing -- great everything. Goes without saying that the location and beachfront are AMAZING. And the house is great -- great, comfy beds and sheets, lots of towels, all amenities provided, etc. We only had one car, but driveway could fit many. Outside showers are great; all is great. We WILL be back!
