ROSE Holidays offers this 25 m² studio on the 2nd floor of a secure residence without a lift, ideally located in the Presidents district, just a stone's throw from shops and the beach.
Capacity: up to 4 people.
The accommodation includes:
Bright living room facing south with 140 sofa bed, TV, dining table with chairs and bench
Semi-open equipped kitchen: kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, filter coffee maker
Sleeping area with bunk beds 90 and storage cupboard
Bathroom with bathtub, washbasin, storage unit, hairdryer and WC
Parking: free street
2 minutes walk from the Presidents Beach
9 minutes walk from the Casino des Pins
13 minutes walk from Arago Market
20 minutes walk from the city centre
