This is a scam

I booked this one day in advance, so I was willing to give some leeway on slow communication. But I got concerned when I still hadn't got a reply at noon on the day of arrival and had no information about check-in or key exchanges. Still in absence of better options, we drove there. Only to realize that the address doesn't exist. The fact that the map in the app placed the address very differently than GMaps was concerning already, but when we got there late at night, it became obvious that the address simply doesn't make sense. There's nothing but a patch of street where GMaps places the address. We also asked people on the street and in the nearby shops, but none were aware of that address. Ultimately, we had to find a hotel that still had rooms at short notice. Luckily, support was very fast to issue a full refund.
