Hickory Lodge fit our needs and intended purpose perfectly. We were able to accommodate a good number of guests and had plenty of room to hang out when we were all in. The listing description is very accurate. Mark and Danika are great hosts as well. They were very attentive to any needs we may have had and willing to accommodate wide array of requests. They are also very quick with their communication turnaround. We had a great time!

The host were amazing!!! I recently had my wedding here and the host were so helpful. They set off fireworks and even held my veil for me. The house was beautiful and clean. Everyone loved the house and the host. I booked this after having a horrible experience with a wedding venue and I was skeptical at first but they turned out to be wonderful people and everything turned out great. I would totally book with them again and will be recommending them to friends and family.

Perfect for a weekend getaway

Lots of room and places for everyone to hang out. Some of the rooms downstairs and the outside areas need a little love and attention, but nothing kept us from having a wonderful time.

Amazing host of an amazing place!

The Hickory Lodge is truly an amazing time - Mark was a very accommodating host, and provided a space that allow us to create lifetime memories! I hosted my rehearsal dinner and prepared for my wedding at the location and I am 100% glad I did - it was a total hit!

We had 7 golfers in our party and truly enjoyed the privacy and layout. The owner was onsite to meet us as we arrived and provided a tour. We regretted not bringing any fishing equipment but relaxed on the back porch overlooking the pond. We look forward to staying there again next year as we travel up for our annual golf tournament at Hawks Ridge.

Fun retreat

It is a peaceful property with great access to the lake and the outdoors. The families loved the entertainment by the Hickory Flats band and the basement was a great setup for the party. The owner was amazing and responsive to anything that we needed!!

Best bachelor party

I rented this property for a weekend bachelor party, and it was AMAZING! The property is beautiful, and Mark was a fantastic host. We had the band come play for us on Saturday, and they were incredible. We had a great time, and I strongly recommend this property!
