This quaint 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms (includes 1 outdoor shower) great outdoor living space, Hot tub, Ice machine, BBQ, and firepit with a fenced lot and 2nd lot allows you to park ALL of your toys in a secured, private yard. We are just 700 feet to the boat launch & Arizona Memorial Park. If you are attending a ball game at Rotary Park, you are just 0.8 miles away as well. Laughlin, Nevada is a 15-20 minute drive for a concert, nightlife or to try out your luck at the casinos. Take the kids to Oatman, Arizona to experience the burro's roaming the streets and an old fashion bank robbery or pan for some gold with the family. Along with having 9 golf courses to choose from, you have a bunch of water sports(rentals). You can explore Mohave Lake on a houseboat for the day. Jet ski rentals allow you to explore the pristine Colorado River or take the Red Jet Boat trip to Lake Havasu for another way to build memories with your loved ones.

Our stay

2 minute walk to the river and a 2 minute drive to rotary park. yAy was a beautiful little home and clean. Neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were very nice. Property owners were extremely nice and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Why they chose this property

The yAy frame is a one-of-a-kind home located in a quiet neighborhood just steps from the Colorado River and Arizona Veterans Memorial Park. This home has a rich history of being Boyscouts troop #56 camp when it was built in 1962 where many fond memories were made and we hope your family will add to them as well. The location is very central and close to restaurants, shopping, and many activities.
