Fabulous Condo and Views

The pictures don’t do it justice. The views from the condo are expansive with beautiful sunrises each morning coming over the mountains and water. Very close to many restaurants in the adjacent town Punta De Mita. The condo itself is very well appointed with recent remodel. Great furnishings - particularly the large deck space is very well used with table, loungers and seating area to enjoy the great weather and views. Alan the concierge was very helpful in planning our dinner events and day trips. Particularly enjoyed the whale watching. Marcela, our housekeeper, did a great job with breakfasts each day and keeping the condo ship shape. Finally the beach clubs, as always at Punta Mita, were terrific. The only constructive feedback for the owner would be to upgrade to a six person golf cart. We were a party of six (two people per bedroom) and we had to rent an additional golf cart above the four person included cart. I image that five or six people that would be a common case with three bedrooms.Overall wonderful place and highly recommended.

Amazing Stay!!

Everything about our was terrific! The concierge made our trip smooth and relaxing from beginning to end. The home has terrific views and is well appointed. Having the golf cart made accessing all the beaching clubs a breeze. The cook/housekeeper was a big help as we were traveling with a young child. We will definitely be back!

Very sad to say but will not be returning

We had a fantastic time last year at another unit in the same building, also managed by Mita Rentals, so we decided to return again. This year we were disappointed by how the concierge handled our stay. Writing this in hopes that perhaps Mita Rentals changes the way they operate and to give a heads-up to other guests. There was a lot of confusion in the communication, which the on-site concierge insisted was because there is a different team for pre-arrival and another team for post-arrival, and therefore he insisted that everything was the fault of the pre-arrival team. We were there for just 3 nights, which means we wanted to maximize the little time we had there and we planned things meticulously. This unit includes "free cook service for breakfast & lunch" and ingredients to be paid by guests. The concierge got the time of our breakfast wrong, which meant we were having breakfast at 10am, which meant hungry kids screaming and less time at the beach. They also switched the day we requested lunch at home without telling us - we only found out the day of, when the cook let us know. As annoying as those things are, they're simple mistakes and we would have understood, but then for two breakfasts for 4 adults & 3 children, plus one lunch of burgers and fries just for the children, plus a few cases of water, we were charged $400.41. We understand that there is inevitably some mark-up in a resort like this, but that felt too egregious, especially given the poor service & mix-up.

Nice stay

Great stay. Nice remodeled unit. Marcela was a great cook. Ask about construction. Pool was being redone while we were there. (Loud construction 9-6 on weekedays)

Beautiful Renovated Unit

We loved out stay in this unit. We spend a lot of time in Punta Mita and frequently stay at Hacienda de Mita and this unit is our favorite by far. The renovation is beautiful, so much light. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. The view is spectacular and there is a lovely breeze. Araceli made delish breakfast/lunches. Our onsite Concierge upon arrival, JJ, was so responsive and helpful.

Beautiful unit with ocean views

Large and beautiful updated unit with loads of space, vaulted ceilings, and large deck. Comfy beds. The cook Araceli was amazing!
