Comfortable house, great location in paradise

This house was perfect for 2 families with teens. The location is great - close to town and to several beach clubs. We loved El Surf for teens to surf. The bedrooms were comfortable, kitchen and living room nice and we loved the nano doors that made the outdoors so accessible. We enjoyed the privacy vs a condo. Ivan was extremely responsive and friendly and helped with any issues along with surf board rental, groceries, etc. Nancy made delicious breakfasts and lunches and spoiled us. Only 2 drawbacks - the deck off the master is not currently accessible (not a huge deal, but would be nice to know.) There were issues with no water on the last evening but Ivan worked to fix it as quickly as possible. Overall, I'd highly recommend this property and would return. We love Punta Mita!

Wonderful stay

Serenata 4 was wonderful. The property was well-appointed and very large. The living space was bright and airy. The private pool was larger than we expected and was great for the kids to come back to after being at the beach clubs. Luciero, housekeeper and breakfast/lunch preparation) prepared outstanding meals. All was wonderful.

Great location and communication

Plenty of room for two families. Excellent communication throughout. Overlooks the tee box in Bahia 7. Golf carts make the entire area easily accessible. A/C works great during the summer months. Thanks for a great stay!

A Perfect Stay!

La Serenata is the perfect location for your Punta Mita stay - central to all of the beach clubs, tennis, golf and heading into town. The Premier Membership is key so that you can visit ALL of the clubs all week. Ivan was easy to communicate with before and during our visit and our breakfasts and lunches from Lucero were delicious. Everything is exactly as pictured and we can't wait to return.

Incredible!

Serenata 4 was everything we hoped for an more! The house was perfect for our 2 families with children ages 3 - 10. Ivan went above and beyond to get us beach toys and boogie boards and Lucero made the trip with her warm smile and amazing breakfasts and lunches. The home was well appointed with plenty of outdoor seating and a small pool perfect for the kids to play in after a long day at one of the beach clubs. We are already talking about booking this home for a trip next February.

Incredible property!

We stayed at Serenata 4 and it is simply amazing. 4 big rooms each with bathroom, large kitchen and living room area. Nice pool and lounge area. The place is a dream. We had the best week :) Nancy took care of our breakfasts and lunches, as well as cleaning the place. Ivan the concierge was always available to book experiences or resolve any issues we had. We golfed, spent time at beach clubs, went to dinner at nice restaurants. I guarantee you will not regret coming here!

Little Thing to make it better.

Great property. It would be nice to have a safe in each room as it was awkward to all coming into the master to place and remove things. Also they should be combination so no necessity to keep up with the key.

Amazing Vacation!

Our vacation in Punta Mita was just wonderful! The home is beautiful, spacious and clean. Luciero was a pleasure and her food was delicious. The owner was great to deal with and the rental process could not have been easier. Ivan, our concierge was wonderful. He handled everything for us before and during our stay. No complaints whatsoever. We were all sad to leave and would absolutely rent this house again. Highly recommend!!

First Class Experience

My family of 10 just spent the most wonderful 6 days / 5 nights at Daniel’s beautiful home. Everything was perfect. The large, well appointed home is located on a quiet street - on a private golf course - with its own pool and spa. The kids really loved having their own pool. Everyone got spoiled by our concierge Ivan (very professional, knowledgeable, and always available) and our cooks / maids Lucero and Nancy. The meals they prepared were outstanding!!! If you’re looking for a first class experience in Punta Mita, this is it. We’re looking forward to coming back.

Best House!

This was our second trip to Punta Mita and the house was amazing. My husband and I stayed with our two kids (5 and 7) and my parents. The house itself is absolutely gorgeous, clean and in the perfect location. The entire process of renting the home could not have gone more smooth. Lucero is so kind and sweet and her food is delicious. She took such good care of us for the 10 days we were there. Ivan helped out with all of our reservations and transportation. He was so helpful and always available. Without hesitation I would rent this house again. I truly can't think of anything that would have made our trip better than it was. Thank you Daniel and team!

Fantastic Girl's Getaway

We had an amazing few days in Punta Mita at this fabulous villa. Lucero, who took wonderful care of us with delicious healthy breakfasts and amazing guacamole and chips regularly. Ivan, was also a terrific concierge and took great care of us with all our reservations and final details. Especially, when we added a last minute night to avoid the polar vortex. They did a great job and we were so thankful. Loved the home too. Great area to hang out close to the pool. Thank you!!

Great House in Punta Mita

We had a lovely time at Serenata. Our two families (8 people total) had plenty of space and enjoyed the warm pool. Lucero took good care of us with cooking breakfast and cleaning. The food was not exceptional, but we appreciated not having to do it ourselves. The photos make the house look like it has a hot tub, but either the hot tub heater is broken, or it is simply a separated small pool. The weather was a bit chilly when we first arrived and we would have appreciated having a hot tub! Overall, it was a lovely vacation at a sweet spot.

Incredible stay! Home was fantastic!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The house was perfect for our 2 families (6 kinds 9 and under)! Super spacious and clean. Lucero our maid/cook was outstanding. She was wonderful and her meals were great! I cannot say enough about the wonderful concierge service! Ivan was outstanding responding to all our needs/questions the minute we asked. He took great care of us making sure we were happy at all times! We will certainly be returning! Thank you so much for a fabulous stay a la serenata!!

Perfect Family Vacation

My family thoroughly enjoyed 16 consecutive nights at this property. It was better than advertised. The house is immaculate. The staff is professional and helpful and felt like part of our family. The premiere membership is exceptional, and provides access to 2 different golf courses and 3 different beach clubs. The pool was cleaned daily, the house was maintained professionally, the concierge was responsive and helped us with all of our dinner and activity reservations. Everything about this vacation exceeded our expectations.

Great access to Punta Mita development

The home was great, access was perfect. I would recommend staying here. Our only complaint was the beds were very hard and old and needed to be replaced. The pool, home condition, service were are fantastic.

lovely and relaxing

This house was lovely and relaxing. Well maintained- pool is cleaned everyday, house was clean, not a single bug, lovely decor Relaxing- quiet and safe. Excited to bring kids back here, it was quiet and felt totally safe and secure The people were wonderful to work with! Daniel is so responsive and nice, Ana the conceirege is so helpful!! Such an asset and made everything so easy ( highly recommend eating at Sufi and doing the boating tour-whale watching and Marieta island) Imelda was great to keep the house clean and cook great food. So easy to go around on the golf cart and the Kapuri beach club was very nice. You really don't need to leave the gated community. Love the security in place with the gates and ID cards. The rooms are a great size. My only complaint and why it's not a five star is that the beds weren't comfortable and no smart TV. I talked to Daniel and he's buying a smart TV right now and going to fix the beds. With those things done I'll be back with the kids

Perfect Punta Mita house!

We had a perfect stay in La Seranata 4. We particularly enjoyed the home-cooked meals and the very helpful concierge service provided by Ana Yessica. The house is in a quiet location on the golf course, and it is convenient to get to both beach clubs in Punta Mita. We enjoyed the Kupuri Beach club during the day and the Four Seasons Residence beach club to watch the sunset and enjoy happy hour. It is also easy to get into town for good food at the Blue Shrimp and Si Senior. All the details in the house are of the finest quality, and the bedrooms are nicely spaced out for privacy. The living room and dining room were very comfortable for our family of ten. We hope to visit Punta Mita and this house again! The owner was also very good to work with, and I am glad we took him up on his suggestion to rent a golf cart as it was the best way to get around for sure. Thank you Daniel, Ana and all the helpful staff!"

Fantastic family vacation

We just returned from a wonderful week in Punta de Mita. We were 9 people. Four adults and five kids and La Serenata #4 was perfect. It was spacious, nicely furnished, clean and well located. It has a lovely pool area to lounge in and access to two beach clubs if you prefer the ocean. Two golf carts were provided so we could access the beach clubs, tennis courts, restaurants and any activity we wished. Ana Yessica, the house manager, arranged transportation, dinner reservations, surfing lessons and everything we needed to make the week enjoyable. Lupe cooked delicious breakfasts every morning and made sure we always had guacamole and fresh fruit in the fridge. We could not have asked for better service.
