Luxurious holiday

We had a wonderful holiday in a lovely house. the pool was clean (and without chlorine) and approximately 1.2m deep, 24 degrees Celsius, and provided many hours of play for both children and adults. The perfect way to cool off in the summer heat. The house is located in scenic surroundings and it was very quiet. It is 10 minutes from grocery shopping and approximately 1 hour's drive from larger cities with shopping. the house was well equipped and we slept well in the (perhaps a bit hard) beds. The manager was nice and understanding of the broken German 😜.

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche Urlaub in diesem Haus, die Lage ist perfekt (schön ruhig, aber Ausflugsziele in der Nähe), der Pool eine wahre Freude, das Haus, die Möbel und das Geschirr schön anzusehen, vieles war vorhanden. Warum ein Stern weniger? Uns fehlte das Gefühl des Willkommen-Seins. Betten muss man selbst beziehen, kein Hochstuhl für Kinder, Handtücher gibt es keine, dass die Spüle richtig sehr tropft, sagt einem keiner vorher (obwohl es bekannt war, es lagen schon Schüsseln und Lappen da), das Gras war gemäht, aber nicht weggerecht und dadurch recht unangenehm für die Füße, das Schaukelgestell konnte nicht genutzt werden, weil es zu morsch ist, ebenso die Treppe zum Fußballfeld und der Pool war bei Ankunft grün, wurde an Tag zwei mit Chemie versorgt und war dann an Tag vier richtig klar, aber ich frage mich, warum man das nicht vor der Ankunft der Gäste macht. Was mich auch sehr geärgert hat, waren die viele schwarzen Hundehaare - da keine Haustiere erlaubt sind, hatte ich damit nicht gerechnet (Thema Allergie).

Es ist schön, dass Sie viele positive Aspekte während Ihres Aufenthalts erlebt haben. Zu Ihren Anmerkungen: Der Pool hätte in der Tat in Ordnung sein sollen. Wir werden dies sicherlich mit dem Verwalter besprechen und sicherstellen, dass dies in Zukunft nicht mehr passiert. Dasselbe gilt für die Reinigung und den tropfenden Wasserhahn. Wir verstehen Ihren Punkt bezüglich des ungemütlichen gemähten Grases. Das Rasenmähen ist auf einem Berg schwierig. Die ebenen Flächen werden mit einem Rasenmäher mit Auffangkorb gemäht, aber dies ist auf den Hängen leider nicht möglich. Der Hauseigentümer hat zugesagt, mehr Küchenwäsche bereitzustellen. Nochmals vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Ihre Anmerkungen helfen uns, unseren Service zu verbessern. Huis in tjsechie Park Nova paka.

Het was een super mooi huis met verwarmd zwembad prachtig. Alleen het weer was minder. Zeker een aanrader. Wij hebben 2weken geen tv kunnen kijken de eigenaar had iets???meegenomen dat we nodig hadden voor de tv en dat was vervelend.

Hartelijk dank voor de review! Wat fijn om te horen dat het huis goed bevallen is. Jammer dat de televisie toch voor een minpuntje zorgde, wij noteren dit uiteraard. Wij hopen dat u een prachtige vakantie in Tsjechië heeft gehad!

Very nice house in a beautiful area

Our two families had a really nice week in this house in Stubna. It feels less like a rental house and more like borrowing someones holiday home since the house is quite obviously also used privately by the dutch owners. The house has such a cosy feel to it, and staying two families worked out really well, since there are two bathrooms on the top floor. The house policy of using the supplies and replenishing when necessary is also a very nice touch. We unfortunately had some trouble getting into the house due to missing papers and misunderstandings from the agency. The pool was a bit algae-ridden when we came, but the nice caretaker fixed it in a couple of days. Other than that a perfect stay.
