New apartment with modern design, professionally designed to be very cozy and ideal for the Arcos Bosques and Santa Fe office areas. It boasts an excellent location on an extremely quiet cobblestone street.
The apartment is fully equipped with everything you will need during your stay, making it ideal for those coming to work or study in the Santa Fe area. It includes a parking lot and 24-hour security at the entrance.
The Space:
The building has a shared roof garden with spectacular views of the city, and a barbecue area.
The washer and dryer are not inside the apartment, they are on the top floor (Roof Garden) and they are shared coin machines for the building.
The Neighborhood:
The closest store is a 5 minute walk away, it is an OXXO-type convenience store.
The street is cobbled and very quiet.
Getting Around:
In the area there are Uber and Lyft. The closest subway station is Observatorio starion, but it is 8 minutes away by car

We are available at all times for any question or recommendations that may arise during your stay.
