There truly isn't a better location in the Park City area. With the Ski Shuttle just steps away, the Recreational center a short walk from the townhome, you get the privacy of a two story home and the convenience and amenities of a hotel stay.
Drive just 8 minutes to hit the slopes at the Park City Mountain Cabriolet Ski Lift Base. Park City's Main Street and the Deer Valley Resort are also a short drive away. A 30-minute drive takes you to downtown Salt Lake City and the Salt Lake City International Airport. Head home to your private balcony, and relax with views of Uinta Mountain peaks, and the Swaner Eco Center nature preserve.
INSIDE THE CONDO Up to 6 can sleep here, with two bedrooms plus a new sofa bed with a memory foam mattress in the living area. Both bedrooms have their own en-suite bath, so there is no waiting "your turn".
The downstairs master bedroom offers space to spread out, with a king-size bed and a flat screen TV. Glass doors provide private access to the balcony with new Polywood furniture, and an immaculate en-suite bath includes a spacious closet and tiled shower/two person tub combo. The second bedroom also features a king size bed and an attached bath with a standing glass shower.
Curl up around the gas fireplace, watch a movie, or head out onto the balcony from your cozy upstairs living area. A new BBQ and Polywood furniture are just a few of the recent upgrades made to this Park City get away. Perfectly situated balconies allow views of Uinta Mountain peaks, and the Swaner Eco Center nature preserve. Hardwood floors continue into the modern kitchen, where you’ll find stainless steel appliances and all the necessities for dinner prep, then savor your meal in the adjacent dining room, with seating for 4. (two additional stools for extra guests)

Such an amazing place near Park City! It was perfect for our ski vacation - very close to Park City and easy drive to Deer Valley. Lots of restaurants and shopping within 10 min walking distance. Two nice cafes/bakeries just a few steps down.Apartment itself is great, and very well equipped kitchen. Garage was a nice plus.Communication was proactive and helpful.All around 5 stars.
Perfect place for 2 couples. Plenty of privacy. Close to everything. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are quite comfy. We would stay here again!

This property is in a great location. Easy access to all ski areas and many restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The Property is very comfortable and well maintained. The owners are very easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again.

This was our third visit to this property and it is always a perfect stay. New Park is one of our favorite locations in Park City, and this townhouse in a gated community is the best spot to be. Beautiful views of the Swaner Reserve and the Park City mountainscape. Kathy is a gem of a host. The townhouse is always spotless and well stocked. We will be back for a fourth stay for sure!
Perfect location! Everything you need is walking distance with many great restaurants and shops. The ski resorts are only minutes away. Amazing views of the mountains and sunrise. The condo was very clean and comfortable with plenty of room. Would definitely stay here again!

This is in a great location above really great restaurants and shopping. Quiet, beautiful view of wetlands, a really nice gym nearby and easy access to skiing without being in the fray of Park City proper.
Plus 2 king size beds so we were all comfortable.

Great location
Our son loved riding his bike on the path behind our unit, and walking with his Dad to a pasture with horses. Just meeting people along the way.
Grabbing breakfast and ice cream just a short walk away.
Wonderful home base to get to slopes, stores, restaurants, etc. while a totally peaceful oasis. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and living space. The hosts could not be more accommodating and communicative. Thanks, Kathy and Ryan! We loved our stay and will be back!

My family and I just had wonderful break in this well appointed two bedroom apartment. I cannot fault the apartment or the location, close to shops, restaurants and entertainment. Also it is only a 10 minute drive to Canyons Ski Resort.

Very nice unit. Convenient to shops and restaurants. Perfect if you don't want to stay in PC. Canyons and PC are a short drive. During the week ski parking is no problem.

We loved our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions. The location was great, many good food options you could walk to and a lovely coffee shop directly below. It was a short easy drive to the slopes but also easier for getting to salt lake compared to staying further in. The view was also outstanding and there was a lovely walking trail. If you have time walk down to the eco preserve museum for some nice exhibits and more walking areas.

We had an extended stay while our Park City house was being remodeled. Loved being walking distance to restaurants, grocery, smoothie store, bike paths, Swaner Nature Preserve, movie theater, free concerts on the lawn by Maxwell's, etc. Very nice unit and super responsive owner. Highly recommend!
We have been taking summer vacations in Park City for 16 years. This NewPark home is now one of our favorites. Perfectly clean, easy check in, and very comfortable. The decor, art work, and furnishings all add to the home’s ambiance. However, the best feature is the two decks. Beautiful views for morning breakfast and evening desserts. Booking with Kathy was a breeze, and we can’t wait to come back!

The Condo was very clean and comfortable with super views and a very convenient location. The set up with kitchen, living and bedroom upstairs was perfect for our family of 4 with two young adults. Why they chose this property
Park Terrace is the best of both worlds!! We are close to the ski resorts, hiking/snowshoeing and downtown, but outside the hustle and bustle, just enough to make this the perfect place to call home on vacation. Our unit has the best views in all of Park Terrace, just across from the open space and trails that run through Swaner Preserve.
There is soooo much offered in the Redstone area, great restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, groceries, a movie theater, pilates studio! We are steps from amazing hiking trails, moments to Olympic Park, and just over 3 miles to Canyons Resort.
