Prospector Place is the perfect choice for your trip to Park City, UT. Sleeping arrangements are very comfortable with new king beds in each of the bedrooms and a new queen size pull out couch (all new as of 2025). The location is excellent - Prospector is a thriving neighborhood community with remarkable accessibility to all that Park City has to offer. Either catch a ride on the free city bus or take a quick drive to the ski resorts (Park City - 5 min drive; Deer Valley - 8 min). Head to Main Street for many bars and restaurants. Enjoy a walk or ride on Rail Train to Old Town, or enjoy endless miles of biking and hiking terrain. I am looking forward to welcoming you!

Excellent Stay

We had a great stay. The property was clean and comfortable. Sophie was an excellent host and communicated very promptly with a few questions I had. It was also a great location and a short driving distance from what we wanted to do in Park City.

Great Location

Very secure. Walking distance to restaurants. Condo was clean, had everything we needed for our stay. Communication with host was amazing, quick response time.

Excellent Location

Clean, easy access, and wonderful, central Park City location. We biked to Main Street and went running along the paved path that is right around the corner from the condo. It was very clean and the host had great communication. We would stay again!

Annual Dad/daughter Flyfishing Trip

Condo was in a great location! It was small but very functional. Two large bedrooms at opposite ends of the hallway helped with my noisy snoring! Kitchen was well equipped. Parking was a little tricky at first, but we figured it out. Communication with the host was prompt. Would definitely stay here again.

Great spot

Small and basic but cute and convenient. Comfortable beds. Parking is tricky at first but smooth once you get the lay of the land. Not right on town but close and walkable on the bike path. Would stay again.

Near ski resorts!

This condo is the perfect choice for a ski getaway, located just a short distance from the ski resort. The space itself is small but cozy and clean and well equipped. Our host responded to our questions in a timely manner.

Great Stay!

This was just as described in the listing! Property was clean and easy to access along with it being short drive to Main St. I would recommend and would definitely stay again if in Park City. Host was very friendly and helpful :)

Great stay! Great location!

We had a great stay in the condo. It was cozy and perfect for our last minute ski trip. It's across the street from the bus stop that takes you around town or to the slopes. It was snowing pretty hard so we were able to go to a couple restaurants that were right across the street. Sophie was communicative and check in was easy.

Last minute getaway

The condo was perfect for a last minute getaway for two friends. We had a car, so it took about 10 minutes to get to Deer Valley, Park City & Canyons to ski. The shuttle bus picks up in front of the building so that would have been an option too. Easy walk on the hike/bike trail to have dinner on Main St.

Quick and easy

Excellent property. Bus stop right out front and easy to use. Routes to slopes just minutes away. Shopping and main street super easy to get to on the bus. Loved the quaintness of the apartment

Prospector condo

The condo was perfect for this trip. Not big but for two people there was ample room. The condo was clean and well stocked. The manager was easy to communicate with. Parking was confusing at first but was not an issue once it became clear where to park.

The property is great for what we wanted. There was a couple issues I would call your attention to, first there was a used towel hanging on the back of one of the bedroom doors. Also the whole parking thing is challenging for someone not familiar with Park City. The map was not clear at all and the printing was too small to read. We came in late at night and were really nervous about having our car towed due to not really understanding where we could park. I would recommend you develop clear and concise parking instructions for future guests.

The place was sufficient.

It would have been helpful to mention New Claim Condominiums in the directions. It was difficult knowing which building to go to. And it would have been nice to have a box if tissues in each bathroom. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.
