We stayed at this beautiful property in mid-October with our extended family and had a wonderful experience. The home was stunning, well-appointed, and offered spectacular lake views. Two large trees partially obstruct the view, so if an unobstructed lake view is important, I would recommend booking a property farther down the slope. This did not bother us, however. The kitchen was well-equipped, the amenities were excellent! The pool area was beautiful, the kids enjoyed the activities at the main building, and my son especially appreciated the fitness facility. The golf carts were very convenient for getting around the property and heading toward the marina. We also loved the complimentary canoes, fishing rods and kayaks.I contacted management several times to book the two-hour pontoon rental advertised on their website but never received a response. We would have loved to enjoy this activity with our extended family. The five-minute walk to the marina was lovely, and we even spotted wild turkeys in the forest! However, the trail was difficult for our elderly family members. A paved pathway would make the marina more accessible. Clearer exit signs would also be helpful, as we drove around several times trying to find our way out.Overall, this was one of the best properties we stayed at and would highly recommend.

Thank you for choosing one of the many Faria Resorts in the Branson area and for taking the time to share such a detailed review! We are so happy to hear you and your extended family enjoyed the beautiful property, lake views, and many amenities. We apologize that the hike to the marina was more challenging than expected. We do mention the trail conditions on our website and include a paragraph about the walk in our rental agreement, though we understand this detail may have been overlooked. We have worked with the Corps of Engineers as much as possible to make improvements to the trail. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the pontoon rental and exit signage, as guest feedback helps us continue to improve. Thank you again for your recommendation, and we hope to welcome you and your family back soon!
