This large, 4 level, family friendly home offers 5 bedrooms (Two Master Suites) 3 Full bathrooms, 1, 1/2 bathroom and almost 3, 500 square feet of living space. With an expansive living room and large kitchen, this home lives extremely comfortable. With tons of updates throughout including new tile in Master Bedroom, beautiful white shaker kitchen cabinets, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances located on a peninsula lot with over 400' of water frontage and sweeping river views. Large screened in Outdoor Living Lanai and spacious back yard with a heated pool. Concrete boat dock along the canal side of the house. Plenty of outdoor parking for friends and family. Covered area for one vehicle.

Dolphins, Manatee, Herons, Pelicans, Cranes, Wood Storks, Osprey, Spoon Bills, Green Parrots and so many more amazing wildlife that come to The River House. It's a bird watchers paradise with "Bird Island" visible from the Lanai and a short boat ride to watch an island full of the local water birds, and when the Dolphins come and fish along the sea wall you get quite a show!

Downtown Fort Myers, providing historic charm and walkability, excellent dining and nightlife, riverfront views and relaxation, culture and entertainment all within a quick boat ride or 10 minute drive.

Quiet neighbors and neighborhood, perfect for Snow Birds/Senior Citizens with plenty of room for the family to visit, or great family or multi family home with room for everyone.

Unique property

Our stay was great. The owners, Craig and Samantha , were extremely welcoming, and helpful in making our stay exceptional. The property , sits as pictured, directly on the river and we had visits from dolphins on several occasions during our stay. Beautiful outdoor sitting areas, pool to relax in, screened area to enjoy the waterfront and spacious indoor spaces . We enjoyed kayaking, and visited a nearby Manatee park during our stay. Convenient to Ft.Myers downtown as well.I recommend the property highly.

The beauty of the 180 degree view where you can watch all the splendor of the Caloosahatchee River's unique ecosystem. Quiet and peaceful mornings having coffee watching the sun come up. Watch the dolphins fish along the sea wall or catch a fish yourself along the the peninsula. Watch a lightening storm flash across the sky from the comfort of the Lanai, and a multitude of birds to enjoy.
