The charming studio apartment "Moon IVb" is located in a historic building in the heart of Lucerne's old town and offers the ultimate living comfort. The studio offers space for three people. Thanks to the fully equipped kitchen, you have the opportunity to cook for yourself. Of course, a bathroom is also part of the studio apartment. There you will find a shower, hair dryer, towels, bath towels and hygiene products.



On the second floor of the building there are washing machines and dryers, which you are free to use. The following services are also included in our service: Wi-Fi internet, TV with international channels, bed linen, towels and all additional costs.



Due to the central location of the Studio Apartment you can reach the station in a very short time. It is only a 5-10 minute walk to Lucerne railway station. In addition, the Schwanenplatz bus stop is only a few minutes away from the apartment building. From here, buses run every minute in all directions. The Chapel Bridge, the Reuss and various shops and restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment and are only a few minutes' walk away. The surrounding area offers everything you could wish for a wonderful holiday in Lucerne.

Location was great, but no view of lake for sure. Still a good location. A few issues:- needs new mattress, one side is unbearable at this point- only 3 nespresso pods of coffee for 3 nights / 2 people- shampoo/conditioner quality very lowI wouldn’t usually mind the lack of coffee and shampoo/conditioner options, but this is a fairly high cost VRBO and expected more.

Great location with great restaurants on the ground floor. Has an elevator. Getting the keys was easy. Had everything we needed. Our room on the 4th floor was in the back of the hotel (not riverside) and had a nice patio. Laundry was on the 2nd floor (2 washers/2 dryer) for free - must bring own detergent.

Amazing!

Great location, can’t beat it. Small but clean and it had everything we needed for a couple days. Check in was easy. Would highly recommend as alternative to much pricier hotels in the area.

Right in the Heart of Old Town

We stayed at this unit for six nights & its central location within the heart of Old Town was the highlight. My overall 3/5 star review was based on my communications before & during our stay at the property. Location: the unit is perfect for exploring Old Town Luzern: it's steps away from Kornmarkt, Chapel Bridge, & Unter der Egg (famous Reuss River street) & is just a 5-minute walk to the main train station. Check-in: we were provided helpful info to navigate us from the train station to the unit, getting the unit's keys, & guide on check-in/check out procedures, WiFi access, unit practicalities, etc. Property: the listing was very clear on the small size, but it was even smaller in person, I acknowledge that this unit was a clean, safe place to stay in Luzern, but we had to keep stuff in our luggage b/c of the tight space. There was only one window available to cool down the warm unit, but we couldn't keep the window open at night b/c of the street noise & Rathausturm tower chimed on the half & top of every hour. The washer/dryer is complimentary, but it's SHARED w/ the entire building on a 1st come-1st serve basis. Comms: prior to our stay, HitRental was not responsive on the VRBO msger, only when emailed directly. During our stay, there were issues w/no hot water for the entire bldg on two nights, HitRental was responsive when I emailed them but they didn't give any warning when they turned off the hot water. They gave us a free bottle of wine for the inconvenience.
