Welcome to your perfect Kissimmee getaway! This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is designed for families and groups to relax, reconnect, and make lasting memories. The open-concept layout seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, so everyone can enjoy time together.

The kitchen has everything you need, including a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender, crockpot, cookware, dishes, and plenty of extras for preparing family meals.

Enjoy hours of entertainment in the game room featuring a pool table, ping pong table, and foosball. You'll also have access to complimentary fiber-optic high-speed Wi-Fi and free calls throughout North America.

Step outside to your private screened-in pool and spa overlooking a peaceful lake—the perfect place to relax after a fun-filled day at Disney, Universal, or SeaWorld. The pool area is accessible from the family room, the master suite, and the Lion King bedroom.

Additional amenities include:

-Private driveway parking for two vehicles.
-Keyless self-check-in for a hassle-free arrival.
-Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the home.

Important Information

-The property address, keyless entry code, and check-in instructions will be sent two days before your arrival.
-Starter supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher pods, etc.) are provided to get you through the first day or two. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies for the remainder of their stay.
-Pool/spa heating and BBQ grill rental are optional services and are not included in the nightly rate. If desired, please request these at least one week before check-in so they can be arranged in advance.

Second time staying here. House was great and clean. Had all the amenities my family and I needed. Pool was heated nicely so we could use it even though the weather was colder. All around great place to stay.

The property was exactly as stated in the listing. Pool and hot tub were very clean, we enjoyed them every night! Having two teenage children, we have long since outgrown a hotel room stay. This property had the perfect amount of space for a family. Close to attractions. I highly recommend!

Overall, our stay was nice. The host was super responsive before, during, and after our stay. We would book again. 3 ladies stayed in the house. Here is a compilation of issues and suggestions. Suggestions: Thoroughly dust and clean all surfaces - headboards, fans, nightstand, appliances, dining table, showers/tubs; Grab bars in bathrooms; Dish rack/drain board; Sweep kitchen floor, especially under cabinets; Checklist of items in the house for guests to verify; Replace worn dirty carpet; Replace queen mattress; Replace broken floor kitchen tile; more wash clothesIssues: The lock on the door from the laundry to the garage was not working; the lock on the sliding patio door was not working; the bushing at the entrance was totally dead and would stick you when you walked past.

Nice house. Close to Disney and Universal parks. It was hot in the house as the note by the thermostat stated to keep it at 75. A phone call to Sven and he assured us we could turn the a/c down. That helped a lot. The only complaint is the queen mattress is not comfortable.Kitchen well stocked. Lots of towels and extra pillows. Roomy house. 3 full bathrooms. We didn't need any baby stuff but we saw items in the closets for babies. Very nice pool and back covered patio. We spent every morning on the back patio drinking our coffee and discussing our plans for the day. We saw a big frog a couple of times on the lanai. A red shouldered Hawk landed on the corner of the lanai a couple of mornings.

Great Visit

Really enjoyed the stay. House had all the amenities that we needed and was very close to the airport. Pool was also very nice and was heated nicely for our cooler visit to Florida.
