Puedes caminar a la playa, la ciudad, los restaurantes o la cafetería. ¡Aire acondicionado, ventiladores de techo, un televisor de 60 pulgadas para una noche de películas familiares de Netflix y cable para los fanáticos de los deportes! El edificio cuenta con una piscina grande, glorieta, elevador, generador de respaldo y agua. Edificio cerrado con estacionamiento GRATUITO para 2 autos."
Este es un condominio privado, el apartamento no se comparte con otros huéspedes, muy espacioso, hermosa luz natural.Está completamente amueblado con sala de estar, TV de pantalla plana, Wi-Fi gratis, Smart TV donde puede acceder a cientos de programas de TV y películas en streaming a través de Netflix, Youtube, Amazon o cualquiera de los servicios de transmisión disponibles. Tiene cocina totalmente equipada con estufa de acero inoxidable con horno, refrigerador de acero inoxidable, cubiertos, platos, tazas, vasos, ollas, sartenes, juego de cuchillos, tostadora y cafetera. Se han proporcionado tiempos de primera necesidad como: toalla de papel, bolsas de basura (cocina y baños), jabón para lavar platos, jabón para baño, champú, papel higiénico, filtros de café, azúcares para el inicio de su experiencia. Beautiful apartment!

We loved our stay in beautiful Isabella. Could not have asked for better accommodations. Beds were super comfy and AC worked great, perfect for coming back after a day of exploring.

Okay stay

The property was lovely, needed maintenance. The owner was not available when I had an issue that needed tending to and no one on the premises was available to assist. So if you don't mind being on your own go ahead and book it.

We have state at this property in the past and were very pleased. It is now owned by an LLC and most of the at home feel has been replaced by minimalism. No beach equipment was supplied including beach towels. We had to purchase beach chairs beach towels, TP, garbage bags, cleaning supplies. Cooking items and dinnerware were sparse. Unit needs some attention. Property itself is very well maintained and safe.

Wonderful stay

Very spacious condo. Clean and nicely equipped. View of the ocean from the balcony although at an angle. Property next door is abandoned, but didn't find that bothersome. We watched the iguanas run around there. Walked to beach restaurants several times. I highly recommend a car. Good grocery stores not too far away. Beach was nice to walk along in the late afternoon. You could swim at the far end of the beach where the rocks sheltered from the waves. Complex is very secure. People we met who were also staying were very pleasant. Bed was very comfortable and had plenty of linens and pillows. Washer and dryer worked well. Most of the time the internet worked so no issues there. All in all a very nice stay and we will definitely stay again in the future.

The actual view from the balcony is NOT ocean view. You actually see an abandoned hotel. You only see the ocean from a far side view. The washer/dryer are locked off “ForStaffOnly” Not enough garbage bags, toilet paper, bounty, no access to broom/mop. There was a musty smell when we first walked in( maybe some wall plug ins) The plastic strips hanging from the hallway entrance are very annoying. Communication with the owners is very poor. Otherwise the beds are comfortable and the condo is spacious. They had enough towels and 3 beach chairs. The pool area is very clean. Security is good.

Did not get to stay at this place

I was rebooked to a place 10 minutes away from this Bajura condo due to a "power outage" in the vicinity. It was the same price but definitely was not comparable!! This was such an inconvenience. Almost ruined the short trip to show my wife and parents the beauty of the area. The place I booked had amenities. A gym, a pool, and a beach view. The back up house only had an extra room I did not need nor use. I would definitely not book with Francisco again. No apologies for the inconvenience, no follow up. Francisco should not recommend the back up house if you book a place close to the beach.

Couldn’t do better!

I was amazed to read the previous review! We found the place clean, well stocked, comfortable furniture, with a nice kitchen where everything (including the ice maker!) worked. We originally booked for 5 weeks, and extended to 6. Compare with what you would get in a hotel at twice the price: one room. The patio and master bedroom face an empty lot, so all you will hear when sleeping or watching the sun set is the surf below. You are just steps away from miles of gorgeous beach with very few people. While the surf was too heavy for us while we were there, we discovered that a short walk down the beach in either direction will take you to swimming holes that you will never forget (hint: be sure to take your camera). Or a 30-minute drive gets you to the always-perfect Crashboat Beach. The condo supplies all you will need to make a day of it: chairs, ice chests, snorkel gear, etc. There are several fun open-air places to eat and drink above the beach next to the condo, and a supermarket 5 minutes away. Highly recommended!

Perfect getaway

I brought my two teens, my husband and my cousin with her son. The condo is very spacious. The beds are comfortable. The only kink was the wifi and internet, however, that just we found other creative ways to spend our evening rather than watching TV. We had a blast at the pool. A blast at the beach. Isabela Bakery is also a must!

Perfect air conditioning!

Beautiful property. We did have an electrical problem on our second night. Management was able to relocate us a different property for the night. I was very happy with her quick response.

Great Stay!

Isabela is one of my favorite towns and located in one of the most scenic areas in PR. This apartment doesn't offer a complete view of the ocean but it makes up in comfort, cleanliness and location. From here, you can travel the island west coast and visit some of the best beaches in the world.

Marvelous!

So quiet! Condo was perfectly clean and tidy. There was plenty of essentials in the kitchen. Lots of spices and cooking oil. Even some alcohol in a lower cabinet. We had one small thing break on the morning we were to leave but I advised owner of issue so he could do a simple fix. I highly recommend if you want quiet place by beach.

Relax to the max!

Great property within 30 minutes of spectacular beaches and beach casual dining. Property was clean comfortable and exactly as described on VRBO. I would and will recommend to there. Looking forward to making this an annual trip.

Better than expected!

I really like this place. I rent homes alot and this is one of the top places i would recommend. The owner stocked the apartment to live. I hate renting places and theres no cookware or even basic seasoning. Its stocked to cook and for any size dinner party! He has the nicest dinner table and the whole apartment is super spacious. Balcony is huge! He also provides beach supplies because the beach is right outside your window! The beds and sheets are super comfy. You definitely fall asleep with no problem after a day of activities. Oh and let me mention the area. Right down the street is a square of bars and restaurants that line the beach and the beaches along that strip are breathtaking. Totally worth the stay!
