The apartment is located in a secure and very quiet luxury residence with a large private swimming pool, 200 metres from the marina and 800 metres from the beach. It was completely renovated in September 2024 and equipped with Wi-Fi. With a living area of ​​35 m² and a 30 m² terrace, two-thirds of which is covered, it offers 65 m² of living space on the raised ground floor. Facing south, it is sheltered from the prevailing winds, which is very important in this region for fully enjoying the terrace. Two reversible air conditioners, a radiator in the bathroom, roller shutters, and an electric blind ensure optimal comfort in all seasons. The living room, opening onto the terrace, includes a fitted kitchen and a lounge area with a sofa bed and a large television. The bedroom, also opening onto the terrace, has a large closet with hanging space. The toilet is separate and also includes a storage cupboard. Located near Collioure, Spain, and the Pyrenees, you can take advantage of your holiday to discover our beautiful region. For sports enthusiasts, the Capellans complex (tennis, squash, etc.) is approximately 500 metres from the residence. There is also a very nice golf course in St-Cyp, several equestrian centers, and of course all kinds of water sports. PGJyPg NB: - The swimming pool is open from June to September. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Saint-Cyprien, une magnifique région que nous ne connaissions pas du tout et que nous avons appréciée.L'appartement est très agréable, parfaitement agencé et équipé avec tout le nécessaire. Mention spéciale pour la grande terrasse et sa vue splendide sur la montagne au petit-déjeuner : un vrai bonheur qui mérite d'être mis en avant ! Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié la piscine, très accessible et calme pour se détendre sur les transats.C'est avec grand plaisir que nous y retournerons. Merci pour tout !Jean et Yannick

location du 20/12 au 03/01 2026, appartement tout confort et très propre.la résidence est très calme, nous avons apprécié le balcon terrasse très grand et sans vis a vis.a l’intérieur il ne manque rien, la literie est parfaite,nous avons apprécié la grande télévision et le wifi.ainsi que la clim réversible.il y a une place de parking réservé a l'appartement.les propriétaires sont très gentil.....nous recommandons fortement cette location.

Un appartement spacieux et bien équipé, une terrasse au calme et sans vis-à-vis.... magnifique tout est fait pour passer un super sejour. La piscine de la résidence est immense et peu fréquentée même en août ce qui permet de faire des longueurs en toute quiétude. Les transats sont en nombre suffisants. La plage est accessible a pieds (800m) ainsi q'un petit centre commercial (des capellans) proposant un petit casino, un boulanger, un poissonnier, un boucher-traiteur, un buraliste ainsi que quelques restaurants... Notre hôte Monsieur Jeannel est tres soucieux du bien-être de ses locataires cela a ete un réel plaisir de séjourner chez lui. Une tres belle expérience, nous n'hesiterons pas a revenir.

Vacances très agréables sous le soleil de St Cyprien

L'appartement est très agréable, la grande terrasse permet de profiter de l'extérieur sans les inconvénients de la chaleur et du soleil. L'appartement est très calme, la piscine est de bonne taille et permet de se rafraichir et de nager en toute tranquillité. Je recommande sans hésitation.
