Located in beautiful Pelican Marsh, a gated community close to Vanderbilt beach, Wiggins Pass, Mercato and all that North Naples has to offer. Furnished and fully stocked kitchen, Culligan reverse osmosis and water softener, beautiful Lanai with pool and Hot Tub, beach chairs provided and all that you need for a day at the beach. Three bedrooms + Loft area with a pull out couch and TV. Office with printer. Your home away from home. Community work out room, Pickle Ball and Tennis Courts and wonderful onsite restaurant at our community center!

Lovely home!

Lovely home centrally located in north Naples in the beautiful resort community of Pelican Marsh with access to tennis, fitness and activity center. The property is centrally located near beautiful beaches, golf, restaurants and shopping. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Host, Home and Location!

Dorothy is the perfect host. We met her at check-in and she provided all the details, tips and tricks to enjoy her lovely home! The home is very livable - great common space, pool and primary bedroom set up. The separate office is a bonus. Pelican Marsh is a great community in a great location. It's an easy 15-20 walk to Starbucks if you go one way or to the community center if you go the other. Easy drive over to the beach, to local restaurants or downtown Naoles. We look forward to another stay. T & M

Winter Get-Away!

A great winter get-away… We enjoyed the property for the month of February and felt right at home during our stay. The main living room, kitchen and patio areas are spacious, comfortable and well equipped. We really enjoyed the indoor / outdoor lifestyle the home provides and sunning next to the outdoor pool. Pelican Marsh is a beautiful community located close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The Community Center is within a short walk of the home and offers a full fitness center, tennis facility and delightful outdoor dining. Dorothy is a gracious Host, providing excellent communication through out the process and seamless check-in upon our arrival. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning next year!
