Jay and Jan have lived in the area for over thirty years, are avid fisherman involved with several fishing clubs, including the Georgia Bass Federation and are familiar with Clark Hill Lake, Blanchard and Patriot’s parks, Fort Eisenhower, and Augusta.

Overhead fans and remote control TVs are located in every room.
The living space has an oversized sofa, love seat, reclining chair, coffee table, and entertainment center, consisting of a TV, stereo and CD player.
The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances (stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer) and is fully stocked with everything you need to include coffee maker, toaster, dishes, glasses, pots, pans, blender, baking items, bread maker, mixer, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, towels, and cleaning supplies. The dining table accommodates six with an additional two seats on island.
Each bedroom has a king-size bed, bedding, clock, remote TV, luggage rack, storage space and a closet. Extra blankets, an iron, ironing board, laundry basket and hangers and bathrobes (2 per bedroom) are also provided.
The bathroom is stocked with towels, toilet paper, hair dryer, magnifying make-up mirror, shampoo, conditioner, bath wash, cleaning and disinfecting items.
A lighted balcony with table and chairs overlooking our land and pond completes your living space.
A washer and dryer is located in the ground floor garage. Detergent, dryer sheets and bleach are provided for your convenience.
A rocking chair porch with water and power outlets begins the outdoor space. Midway between the apartment and pond is a fire pit with seating, which can be set up, to include s’mores upon your request. A picnic table and gas grill is available for outdoor dining. A treehouse provides a bird’s eye view of our well stocked pond. Fishing equipment is provided.
