You can leave your bed unmade No need to put the trash out Leave AC at 75 degrees Make sure to wash any dishes you may have. If you used the e-bikes make sure they are charging.
If you used the grill make sure to throughly clean it, our cleaning crew will charge extra if they need to clean it. ($10) Please let me know if there was anything that was not working.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please abstain from eating on the bed/sofa/living chair. All it takes is 1 stain to ruin the furniture (Guests are responsible for replacement cost).

We had a great stay at this small duplex. It was the perfect size for our needs—cozy but still comfortable. The place was clean, well-kept, and had everything we needed. The hot tub was a really nice bonus and made it easy to relax after a long day. Overall, a great spot and we’d definitely stay here again.

Very Relaxing Stay

This was a great home base for visiting beaches and golf courses.It was nice to have a hot tub to soak in after a round of golf and the location on a dead end street is very tranquil.This very nicely equipped “urban cottage” with eclectic decor was perfect for a couple stay.

Florida vacation

We enjoyed our short vacation at this relaxing cute little home .It was a great place to stay and relax in the back yard. The location is great with only a few minutes to the beach and restaurants. Even tho it is in a Duplex building our space was very private and quiet. Thanks Diana for making this a relaxing place to stay.

Such a cute/fun little place to stay in Naples!

This little house was as described. Cleanliness is super important to me, and I was 100% comfortable staying here. I don’t give that review lightly! Diana made us feel so welcome by putting our name on the lighted letter board upon arrival , and with the basket of robes, hot tub accessories, and a map of the area! She was very responsive with any questions I had, and helpful with restaurant suggestions. Very affordable stay. I would recommend this place to a couple coming to Naples.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with the home as soon as I parked in the driveway. All the trees and plants gave the house such a vibe. This is house is definitely for the ones who appreciates nature.

What makes this property unique

As soon as you arrive at the property you feel the vacation vibes... it reminds me of Costa Rica with all the surrounding nature and mature trees. The house is completely covered by the vegetation native of Florida like Oak trees, long leaf pine tree and bromeliads. It feel really private, even though it is a Duplex both sides are separated by a lot of vegetations. The only shared amenity is the laundry room.
