Located in Naples, FL this quaint Gulf access 1614 sq ft home w/ boat & dock offers 3BR/2BA's. All living area is on the 2nd Floor. The primary & guest beds have king sized beds & the third bed has a bunk bed w/ full bed on the bottom and a single on top. The primary bath features a large soaking tub & stand alone shower w/ a walk in closet, the guest bath has shower only. Enjoy beautiful views off the 400 sq ft open air deck overlooking the Gulf waters with serene "Preserve" mangrove views. The property is equipped with WiFi, AC, washer/dryer, full kitchen w/ new stainless steal appliance package for an enjoyable stay. Our place is available for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember. The home is located in Gulf Harbor, one of the most sought after Gulf access neighborhoods located just minutes to Mercato & Waterside Shoppes, the white sandy beaches at Delnor Wiggins State Park, Vanderbilt Beach, pickle ball, golf & plenty of dining and shopping options. This hidden gem of a community is located in North Naples, West of 41 & only a short boat ride through the backwaters out Wiggins Pass to The Gulf of Mexico. Home is pet friendly but there is a $150 pet fee for all guests bringing a dog, you must pay this fee when making the reservation.
If you do not pay the fee you will be charged a pet fee by VRBO. A Pontoon boat that is kept behind the homes is available for rent for additional fees.

Relaxing and enjoyable stay!

We had a great stay at this VRBO property! The house was very clean — which is always a top priority for us — and came with all the amenities we needed. The owners were responsive and easy to work with, making sure everything went smoothly. The location was perfect: close to the beach and lots of great dining options. Highly recommend!

Naples Getaway

We had an amazing time at this charming bungalow in Gulf Harbor! The outdoor space and deck were fantastic, offering peaceful water and preserve views perfect for bird watching. Inside, the home was cozy and well-appointed, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn't be better—close to beautiful beaches, shopping, and a variety of restaurants. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway

This home was beautiful from the moment we walked in. The ambiance was amazing with beach feel in every room. The boys loved being on the canal and fishing every moment they got. The kitchen had everything you will need. Some places we have stayed in the past, made it hard to cook since some things are not provided, but not here. Loved every bit of our stay here.

Love this place!!

Amazing house super clean and organized, have everything you need to go to the beach, for cooking and relaxing!! The owners are very nice and easy to communicate. Location is amazing very nice neighborhood you can see people walking all the time with dogs, exercising and biking. We used the bikes that they have for guests to use and also the kayaks. I can’t wait to come back for a longer stay.

Paradise

My stay at the Grand Canal location in Naples Florida was beyond fantastic. The house is well decorated. It’s charming. It has gulf access. The nature and birds added to the serenity. The owners were very receptive and helpful with any of my questions. It is equipped fully with anything you would need on a vacation. There are kayaks for you and bicycles too!! I can’t wait to return.

Wonderful Experience

The hosts were great communicators. The place was super clean. Property was close to beaches. Great neighborhood. Kayaks & bikes are available for use. Close to tons of things to do in the area. We would definitely vacation here again!!

Awesome Vacation Home

We had a great time at this vacation property. The hosts did a great job communicating with us. The location of the home was ideal, 5 minutes to the beach and tons of restaurants close by. We grilled out one time on the back deck overlooking the canal and mangroves and enjoyed the outdoor fire pit. We were lucky enough to see dolphins playing in the canal and even saw a manatee. The hosts had kayaks and bikes to use free of charge. Great little neighborhood with a relaxed vacation vibe. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy the Naples area.

Amazing Home & Experience!!

Wow what an amazing vacation!! The host did a great job of communicating with us and the check in & out was simple. The home, layout, new furniture, new appliances, outdoor patio w/ fireplace & grill were awesome. The property is just minutes to the beach, tons of dining options and grocery stores. We even saw dolphins playing in the canal right behind the home. There's also an Osprey nest right behind the home and we enjoyed watching him catch fish out of the canal. We took out the two kayaks that were available at no extra charge and explored hours of beautiful waterways nestled away in the mangroves just off the Gulf of Mexico. The host provided chairs and coolers for the beach and plenty of kitchenware, bedding, towels etc for our stay. What an amazing property, we can't wait to go back again.
