On the ground floor, you'll discover a large contemporary living space with blue and white tones, giving a maritime spirit to this house.
In the fully equipped kitchen, you'll find a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave and an induction hob to cook good meals. A dishwasher is also there to save you this task. For breakfasts, you'll find a kettle, a toaster, a filter coffee maker and a second pod coffee machine.
You can then sit at the dining table, or on the terrace if you want to enjoy the sun and barbecue on the plancha.
The living area also includes a TV lounge area that will allow you to watch a good film or vibrate in front of sporting events.
The ground floor is completed by an independent toilet and a utility room with a washing machine.
Upstairs, there is a shower room with shower, sink and toilet. In the bedrooms, the first has a double bed, the second also, and the third has two single beds.
