NOVA 1 is a 4-person apartment in a new, quiet, and secure residence. The apartment is ideally located a 20-minute walk from Disneyland Park, 5 minutes from La Vallée Village and the Val d'Europe shopping center. THE ACCOMMODATION: NOVA 1 is located on the first floor of a new and secure residence. It is suitable for up to 4 people. It includes: - A living room (double sofa bed) + Smart TV - A fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Bosch Tassimo coffee machine, kettle, crockery and cutlery, cooking utensils...) - Bedroom: a queen-size bed (sleeps 2) - Bathroom (shower, sink, washing machine) - Separate WC + A terrace and small garden to relax in after a long day !

Also included, at no extra charge:
- 1 secure parking space in the basement of the residence, direct access by elevator (Please note, maximum height 1.95m)
- Free Wi-Fi connection in the apartment
- Bed linen and towels included for 4 people
- Available on site for babies: travel cot and high chair

- A second set of keys can be provided! Don't hesitate to ask for it during your check-in. "d'Europe" with its many shops, the SeaLife Aquarium and the Auchan supermarket. You will also find "La Vallée Village - Chic Shopping Outlet".
