We had issues with check in and one of the beds was broken when we arrived. There was a beach chair under the bed holding the mattress up. I messaged the host, sent pictures, and talked to the front desk twice, but it still took two days for them to even come look at it.There was some type of air unit in the front bedroom that sounded like a rocket. It was loud enough that we couldn’t talk in the room while it was running. The kitchen was not well stocked with utensils, and the only two skillets they had were small and scratched and dirty. They just started a luggage cart check out process, so if you arrive late or need to leave early you will not have access to a cart. Check out is at 10, but they don’t give out carts until after 8 am. The elevators don’t always work properly so if you’re on a higher floor that will likely be an issue.The pools and beach access were nice. It was not overly crowded and all of the main areas were kept clean. Overall the stay wasn’t bad, but the issues we had and the lack of responses from the host would keep us from ever staying there again.
