It was a very nice place the beach was very close. I love the 2 pools. We had the huge park right across the street There where lots of things to walk to from our place! It was very clean. Highly reccomend!

Disappointed

I have stayed in the same unit for 3 years. While I had no issues with the unit I did have issues and concerns with the environment. I was aware of all the units being flooded from the hurricane on the first floor but had no idea the extent of the damage until I got there. All the first floor units were gutted due damage. Not very pleasant walking around the complex and seeing that destruction every day. It was very disappointing and sad to see all that damage. I should have canceled but I thought how bad could it be. It was terrible and sad to see the whole community suffering like that through no fault of their own. To say the least I will not return be years before the area is back to normal. Good luck.

Was given wrong combination to lockbox for key. There was no hot water until I figured out that the circuit was turned off to the water heater and turned it on. The washer was so old with no instruction manual that I had to google how to operate it. There was no checkout information until an email the day before leaving. A binder with information would have been nice and much appreciated.

We had a great week at the condo Melissa, was very easy to work with ,the balcony is big and very nice to sit out on. Bed was comfortable, air conditioning was cold! Clean and comfy.

The unit itself is a bit dated but we expected that from the pictures. The complex was very well maintained and proximity to beach and shopping was terrific.

Great couples getaway

This property was a great choice due to the amenities, proximity to retail/restaurants and beach, and convenience to get around to the hot spots. The host checks in to ensure ease of check-in and responds quickly to any questions. We look forward to returning.

This condo is one of the best and most affordable places you can stay at when visiting Madeira Beach! It’s very close to the beach, and has a pharmacy, dollar store and grocery store all within steps to the place. The area has its lively parts nearby, however the condo itself is in a quieter area. Staying there, it felt like home. They have multiple amenities such as a pool and hot tub, and a billiards room which allow for fun, even when you’re not feeling the beach. There is a trolley/bus which runs down the Main Street and into the city about a 5 minute walk away, which is very convenient when wanting to explore the area! It was really easy to communicate to our host to find where things are, with speedy responses. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a great place to stay at an affordable price! You sure won’t be disappointed!

My Stay at Madeira Beach

I rented a one bedroom apartment at the yaght club. Given the name I expected a little bit more nicer of a rental property. All my questions and concerns were answered quickly. However, I didn't expect the condition of the apartment, Out dated and better for a younger crowd.(alot of stairs) I foumd the apartment had a smell. The hot tub in the rec room was out of service. Overall the area was nice but would prefer to stay at another location.

Christmas vacation

I stayed over Christmas break with my son and his father. Description said it sleeps 4, but only1 bed and a twin size air mattress. The place is very clear and comfortable. The weather was very cold and we were excited that there were 2 heated pools. Unfortunately, they decided to complete some maintenance and the pools were not heated. Location was good. Close to the beach, fishing, and restaurants. Melissa was great and we will definitely stay again.

Stayed here with my 2 kids and significant other. It was very clean and quiet around the place. Very close to all the stores and bars around. About 2 blocks from the ocean. Would definitely rent again. Good communication and fast replies.

Vacation in Madeira Beach, FL

We had an amazing time in this condo. It was the perfect size for the two of us. Very comfortable king size bed, we used the outside barbecue grill a few times, it was so convenient to have a washer and dryer in the unit. We walked to the beach and used the beach buggy and chairs from the condo. Walking distance to everything that was interesting for us: store, beach, bars, restaurants... We would love coming back to this condo in the future!

Perfect location near st. Pete Beach

This nicely furnished condo is perfectly situated in the near of st. Pete beach . Beautiful balcony, decorated with a lot of love , we instantly felt home. Condo is inside a marina community, with pool access and beautifully situated with lots of water around you. Restaurants and beach in walking distance. Owner responded very quickly to our inquiries and we even were allowed to store our luggage 2 hours past check out time . Can highly recommend and would love to come back !

Great Location

Condo was a nice size and excellent layout. Furniture that was there was very comfortable. We had to bring our seen folding table and chairs since there wasn't one. There were bar stools but we needed a more comfortable and bigger table to sit at. Bathroom needed a towel bar on wall for hand towels. I am glad I brought a shower mat since one was not there. There really isn't a view from windows but location was prime place to be.
