Wake up to Intracoastal views from your newly remodeled condo in the gated Madeira Beach Yacht Club. Everything is within a 10-minute walk: the beach, restaurants, local dive bars, the grocery store, shopping, and a rec center with tennis and basketball courts, ball fields and a kids' playground. John's Pass Village & Boardwalk is just 2 miles away.

THE SPACE
• 755 sq ft, 1 bedroom, 1.5 baths, on the second floor with Intracoastal views
• King bed, plus a full-size futon that sleeps 2 more
• Kitchen with all-new stainless appliances: glass-top stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and Keurig
• In-unit washer/dryer

RESORT-STYLE AMENITIES
Gated community with private parking, two pools (heated, depending on season and weather), fishing piers, sun loungers and umbrellas, plus a clubhouse with a gym, sauna and billiard room.

GOOD TO KNOW
• Please book at least 8 days before arrival, because the association must approve each stay. The $130 cleaning fee includes the association's $50 non-refundable application fee.
• The condo is on the 2nd and 3rd floors. There's one flight of outdoor stairs to the front door and an inside staircase to the bedroom.
• At least one guest must be 25+, and an adult must stay in the unit at all times.
• No smoking or vaping ($500 odor-cleaning fee). No pets.
• Please keep the thermostat at 69°F or above so the system runs properly.

We love the location. All the conveniences are close and accessible. Post hurricane rebuilding continues but was not disruptive. Thanks for the great stay!

2023 Spring Break

The condo was exactly as listed, we had no issues at all during our stay. This is in a nice, clean, and quiet community with a short walk to the beach and even shorter walk to the CVS or Winn Dixie for groceries. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Quiet Retreat

This was the perfect location for my adult daughter and I to spend some peaceful quality time together at the beach. Everything we needed was in walking distance and the view was delightful. Very clean and updated property. Plenty of space. Thank you for a great week.

Beautiful

The apartment was stunning and clean. The bed was lovely and big with a beautiful view. All amenities needed were provided and extras too. Sitting on the balcony to watch the boats was so relaxing. Wi-Fi was excellent. Bars and restaurants a short walk away. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Wonderful Condo

Condo is very updated and immaculately clean. Close to beaches, restaurants and entertainment. Two heated pools. The jacuzzi was out of order. Phillip was quick to respond to all my questions. Highly recommend.

Holes in window screens.Bedroom windows did not open. Window lift spring broken on all bedroom windows. (We wanted to enjoy the season’s balmy weather.)Entry storm door did not latch closed. And door’s closure unit is missing.Kitchen ceiling light fixture missing and ceiling water stain apparent.Kitchen crown molding over cabinets has poor carpentry with gaps.First floor bathroom ceiling fan not working.Master bath has multiple ceiling water stains.Bedroom window blinds are bent and not fully functioning.Balcony- one of the two chairs was totally broken and unusable. We couldn’t sit together to enjoy the view until the end of the second day.These problems case a sub par impression and rating. And a less than expected experience.Not the value for the rental cost.We did not let these flaws stop us from having a very good vacation.Pool and pool deck are great. Easy walk to beach.Convenient parking. View of canal is pleasant.

Nyrenoverad lägenhet med fint läge

Mycket fräsch och fin lägenhet. Bra planerad. Uppskattat att det fanns diskmedel, tvättmedel, duschkräm, schampo m.m för hela vistelsen. Trevligt läge vid Marinan och endast en kort promenad till stranden. Bra poolområde. Extra bra att det finns en stor livsmedelsaffär rakt över gatan.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay! Great location with Winn Dixie and CVS directly across the street and walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Only a 8 minute walk to the beach and the waterfront view of the harbor and boats from the patio was wonderful! Very clean, appears recently upgraded and the owner was super responsive and helpful. Gated community requiring a key fob or gate code to enter so we felt very safe. Beach chairs and umbrella that were provided were great as well. We would definitely stay in this unit again!
