Picture Perfect

My family had a great stay, wish we had booked it a few days extra. Location is perfect and most importantly the amenities available for the whole family whether it's fishing, swimming, barbecuing...there's really no other reason for you to leave. Balcony was lovely, able to enjoy the sunrise/sunset. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay!

The condo was exactly what we needed for our girls weekend. We loved the lazy river and the easy walk to the beach. The only issue we had was a couple nights the upstairs neighbor decided to do some home improvement way to late.

Great place to stay

Worked great for our family. The bunk beds are not for adults and the room is small and warmer than others so consider that room for kid’s only. The location and pool and lazy river was very nice and access to beach was fine to walk over overpass to access.

Beautiful, Clean, Easy check in and out!

The condo was beautiful and clean and well taken care of! The check in and check out process was super easy! We absolutely love Destin West Beach and Bay Resort! The overall property and the grounds are truly well maintained! We always spend our vacation here! Thank you🙂

Beautiful property

The condo was beautiful and very clean. The lazy river and pool are amazing. The location and bridge to the beach was great. Short drive to all the restaurants on Destin Harbour. The management staff was very responsive to the one issue that we had and tried their absolute best to resolve it as quickly as they could.

Summer vacay 23

The condo overall was maintained and clean , it could use a deep cleaning on the tile floors and the kitchen needs to have utensils added to the drawers there was a bare minimum of silverware . The pool area and grounds are very enjoyable

Another great stay at Destin West!

Family Fun

We liked the pool and the lazy river the unit was nice but needed some maintenance. They responded very quickly and fixed the problems.

This was our first condo ...

This was our first condo vacation and it was great. Lots and lots of space, fabulous pools, a quick walk over the bridge took us from bay to beach in a matter of moments. We saved a lot of money by preparing some of our own meals instead of eating out. We have already recommended you to our friends and family. Thanks!

Nice room but!

We enjoyed ourselves & the resort is very clean & a very good location. But the other couples bed, the 2nd bedroom was very uncomfortably. Needs a new mattress, it was very small. All the TV's were unhooked from cable when we arrived. My husband hooked them backup.

why are you contacting me now. you would not return my calls while i needed assistance in my room.

* called phone number for maintenance assistance several times, no one returned our calls. * t v in living room does not work. * the matress in the first bed room when you walk in the door is in terrible shape, needs to be replaced. * access door code doesn't work half the time. i will not be staying here again. room is very over priced.

July 18 - 21, 2024

The location is perfect. Lots of places nearby. The room once we walked in had a horrible smell familiar to urine and mildew. We immediately opened all doors and aired it out. Kitchen was clean. Fridge was nice and clean. The bathroom plastic shower curtain had mold on it. I tried contacting the maintenence manager/office manager and got no response. I went to the store and bought myself a new shower curtain liner and also air fresheners to plug in . I rewashed all bed sheets and blankets and felt so much better. The pool was very nice and we had a great time there. I never heard back from maintenence or the office manager.

Great location and amenities!

We had a great time staying here. It's a short walk to the beach and the restaurants on the pier. I also really appreciated how communicative the property manager was. We needed a couple extra parking passes and we got them quickly. Definitely recommend this place!
