Saint-Firmin-sur-Loire is a charming town located in the Loiret department of France. Nestled on the banks of the Loire River, it offers a magnificent natural setting with its river landscapes, verdant meadows, and panoramic views of the river.

The Gîte du Pozoir is ideally located on the edge of a 150-hectare forest, less than 4 kilometers from the banks of the Loire, a 20-minute bike ride from the "Loire à Vélo" cycle route at the Briare Canal, and a 20-minute drive from the A77 motorway (exit 20 Briare/Châtillon-sur-Loire). Whether for a relaxing getaway, cultural exploration, or outdoor adventure, you'll find everything you need for an authentic experience in the heart of the Loiret region around the Gîte du Pozoir. The "Le Petit Pozoir" gîte, accommodating 4-6 people, is located on the ground floor of the house.

It comprises:

- A dining room that can accommodate both gîtes (large table, benches and chairs, fireplace);

- A fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, range hood, electric oven, microwave, 3-burner induction hob, filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster);

- A living room with a 140x190 cm sofa bed, 2 armchairs, coffee table, TV, two bedrooms each with a 140x190 cm double bed and an en-suite shower room, and two separate toilets;

It has an entrance from the inner courtyard and features an adjoining (unfenced) garden, a private terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, all surrounded by a stream.
