The studio is arranged as follows:

- As you enter, you will find the door to the bathroom with a vanity unit, toilet & Italian-style shower

- The living area has an open closet, an open kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster & washing machine

- The living area consists of a sofa bed that converts to a standard double bed, a Smart TV, and free Wifi.



The apartment is located in the heart of the city center, in the immediate vicinity of all shops, supermarkets & shopping centers.



It is also a 8-minute walk from the Nice-Ville train station, from which you can easily go on day trips to discover the beautiful towns & villages of the French Riviera: Menton, Antibes, Villefranche-sur-Mer, Eze, Monaco...



You will also be just a few steps away from public transportation: a 4-minute walk from the Jean Médecin station on line 1, and a 7-minute walk from the line 2 station connecting the airport & the port of Nice.
