There is something special about The Apartment, you will feel it as soon as you approach the property. You will be tucked away in a secluded garden property right behind Bridge St. The property is tranquil with a beautifully landscaped courtyard. This cottage has been completely renovated and is beautifully outfitted with findings from around the world. The location is extraordinary, we are within walking distance to everything!

The renovation offers vaulted ceilings, an open floor plan with two bedrooms, one king bed and the other a queen bed. The kitchen is open and spacious and is equipped with all you need to prepare a gorgeous meal. The bathroom is spacious and has a marble shower and two pedestal sinks with plenty of storage and fresh white towels. There is a second-floor terrace off the living room to sit and have coffee or an evening cocktail and watch the resident rabbit play around in the front yard while listening to the birds.

Spring Break

We absolutely loved our stay at this property in Charlevoix! It was incredibly clean, charming, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—close to downtown and the water, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. One of our favorite features was the beautiful fireplace, which made the space feel so cozy and inviting. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Beautifully decorated inside and out. Perfect location - everything in Charlevoix is walkable from the apartment. It was quiet and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need (minus a dishwasher! No big deal, but good to know!) and there are even beach chairs and towels for your use. Overall, we absolutely loved this property and highly recommend it for your visit to Charlevoix.

Very beautiful place thoughtfully and tastefully decorated. It is elegant, immaculately clean, and perfectly located in Charlevoix. "Apartment" does not do justice to this spacious pad with a great vibe. We hope to return.

INCREDIBLE PLACE

We fell in love with this condo...overall design and everything about it. It is walking distance into downtown and the Lake and could not have been a better choice !! Would definitley stay again....longer next time and perhaps a unit on the main floor...

Great property in a great location!

My husband and I loved staying at this property. The apartment is bright and cheerful. The kitchen is well stocked, the bathroom was nicely done with plenty of towels, etc. The bed was very comfortable as was the living room. The fireplace added a cozy touch. We sat out on the front balcony and enjoyed the beautiful gardens and the friendly people walking by. The location is perfect! You can easily walk into town to shop, eat or watch the boats in the marina. The walk to the light house is an easy walk as well. We would highly recommend staying here!

Amazing weekend stay in downtown Charlevoix!

This is a must stay property in Charlevoix! The apartment is beautifully designed with exceptional use of the space. The owner spared no expense in making this apartment a truly comfortable and remarkable experience for anyone that stays here. It is luxurious and stocked with everything you need for your stay. It is perfectly located in downtown Charlevoix where you can walk to anything you want to do. We walked to every place we ate and shopped. We highly recommend anyone that is looking for a great location and a luxury, comfortable stay to look no further and book this property! We will be staying here again!

This property was beautiful. One block from main street shopping/dining and harbour. Walked to lighthouse every night to watch sunset. Gardens were so pretty; random people walking down sidewalk would stop to take groups shots, selfies. Owners were very helpful and have gone to a lot of work making sure that everything you would need is available in the unit. We choose to cook our dinners and didn't lack for anything in the way of oils, pots, pans, etc. Highly recommend this unit to anyone visiting Charlevoix.

An Absolute Gem

This apartment was absolutely beautiful. It is quite literally in the middle of downtown, but you wouldn't know it! It was peaceful and quiet and so beautifully done. My two 18 year old boys were with me and it was nice that they could walk right out the door and find food and ice cream. They loved the place too. We don't usually come to Charlevoix, but now after such a nice stay, we will be thinking of any reason to come back!!

**CONSTRUCTION ALERT**

While the home itself is very clean and felt welcoming, it was very disappointing to see that there was so much construction all around the building itself. This was frustrating because it wasn’t even mentioned in the listing so I had no idea that I would be hearing construction all day starting at 6:30A. Had I known, I might have still booked the house because I wanted the centrality to downtown, but I would have been able to know to bring ear plugs and a sound machine. The location of home is still really great and very central to restaurants and activities. Also, one of the bedrooms has all outlets connected to the light switch. This was really frustrating and unsettling as we didn’t realize it and turned the light off only to realize in the morning that there is a smoke detector plugged into the outlet and therefore doesn’t work when the lights are off!! This is such a hazard and needs to be addressed!!!

Look No Further....

Every aspect was PERFECT! If you are looking for a place to stay in Charlevoix, then look no further. This pristine home is in the center of town and was located just a ½ block off the main street. We were in walking distance of the lake, shopping, numerous restaurants, a pub, and a grocery store. This luxury “European inspired” home was immaculate and beyond charming. The grounds of the home were park like with freshly planted flowers lining a quaint picket fence. The owner was also readily available to answer any and all question to ensure our stay was perfect! In a world where you never really know what to expect ….you can rest assured that you will not be disappointed with this property!

We came for the Apple Festival. This was not only a quaint little place to stay, but it was the perfect location. Very relaxing and within walking distance of everything. Looking forward to staying here again in the near future.
