Charming 2 Bed, 2 Bath Charlevoix Condo

Relax and enjoy all that Charlevoix and Northern Michigan have to offer in this freshly updated condo 1.5 miles from downtown Charlevoix with accommodations for up to 4. This upper level 2 Bed, 2 Bath condo has a full kitchen, dining area, and washer/dryer with a balcony that overlooks a quiet creek and woodlands. Condo is within walking distance to Ferry Avenue public park and beach, and the public boat launch on beautiful Lake Charlevoix is just around the corner. Just minutes away, Downtown Charlevoix and Lake Michigan provide plenty of shopping, dining, hiking and bike trails, beaches, and sightseeing. Condo has one assigned covered parking spot, with extra parking along the side of the buildings and ample space to park a trailer. There is a nearby grocery store for any items you may have left at home!
Please Note: This is a second floor unit. There is one flight of stairs with an open staircase. Also, the host fee in price details is the cleaning service fee.

Perfect place for a long weekend

Don's place is very clean and has everything you would need at a home away from home. Check in instruction was easy and clear. Would definitely use them again.

Perfect place to stay

We were very lucky this condo was available on short notice. The owners have it well stocked, very clean, comfortable and communication all 5 stars!! I absolutely loved the location, close to downtown, beach, the Belvedere golf course (our main reason we went). I loved walking into town going through the Belvedere neighborhood very peaceful. We went Jax and the landing for dinners. Both recommended by Don and was spot on. Would definitely stay here again!

Charlevoix Condo

Immaculate cleanliness. Excellent communication from landlord. The accommodations were comfortable and well appointed. This location was easy to get to, and the stay suited my wife and I very well. I would not hesitate to return to this property, and I would recommend it.

Perfect Vacation Spot

We had a wonderful stay! A short walk to Ferry Beach and the food trucks. Very close to downtown. The condo was stunning and very clean. Had a great time with our family.

Fall Get a Way

Don & Jacqui were great hosts. The condo is beautiful and extremely clean. They gave us some ideas on places to go and to see. We did not have one issue. We had a fabulous 4 day trip up in the Charlevoix area. Can’t wait to do it again.

The Perfect Spot

Great stay, but not for the elders

This was our first stay going through VRBO. We had great communication with the owners who were very friendly. My only complaints would be the stairs going up, not for the elderly or someone that has a problem climbing. And it could use some better mattresses. The place is immaculate and very comfortable.

Wedding Weekend

The condo was adorable! VERY clean and had all the amenities of home. Only a short drive to stores and downtown. The owners were great with communication. Will recommend this place to all our friends!

Amazing vacation!

Our family had a wonderful time in Charlevoix at Don & Jacqui’s condo. The condo and location were perfect for our family of four. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed! The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were so friendly! We loved the short walk to the food trucks and ferry beach and the short drive to downtown Charlevoix. Don & Jacqui were wonderful hosts. The check in & out process was super easy as well. We can’t wait to return to Don & Jacqui’s condo!!!!

No kid get away

Pretty great access to the water at perry beach park. Just over a mile walk to downtown-was great on a nice lazy evening! The place was great, quiet. Just what we were after.

Wedding at The Castle

We could not have picked a better location for the wedding at The Castle. The accommodations were ideal for our needs. The condo is as lovely as the photos and the bedding was comfortable too. The hosts were delightful to work with as well. I would highly recommend this unit for anyone wanting to go up north in Michigan.
