Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Our family loved it! Short walk to the beach, beautiful views from the house and we saw dolphins nearly every day! The house was located very close to town and all the fun things to do. Would definitely stay again!

Wow! Pleasantly surprised from this high standard family. Lovely layout for a larger family with multiple kids. Larger kitchen with plenty of supplies, countertop and 2nd frig w/ ice maker in the kitchen! Was happy to see a mop and broom for our daily use. Excellent layout for game playing and cooking. Amazing beach access close enough to town. Our 3rd trip and the best house yet!!! Def. Recommend 10/10

Great house

This house is as close to the beach as you can be. Super easy walk. Excellent amount of space. Enough rooms and bathrooms for a very large group. We loved our stay at this house.

Fun But Cramped

The bedrooms were extremely small with no chest of drawers or dresser. There was nowhere to put your clothes!! The closet was tiny, and even the TV’s were tiny. They were the size of a small computer monitor. The location is excellent and I loved the beach access. The property could use a refresh.

Friends Weekend

I would recommend this property to anyone. We had a group of 10 adults to stay for a long weekend. We had plenty of room and privacy. The property was very clean and the communication with the property was excellent!

Great house on the beach!

It was wonderful having the house right on the beach! All the beds were comfortable and the house had plenty of amenities. We had 4 families staying together and having 2 fridges was a must! It was one of the few houses that had 2 fridges to hold all our food for the week! We did have to use our own grill because the one there had not been properly cared for and the house was a bit dusty but overall it was a great experience and we will definitely be back to wave dancer!

Good but there was little things…

Pros: the beds were comfortable! Had enough room for everyone. Would stay here again but still not when it’s windy and also when a toilet seat pinches our butts the entire stay lol. The fridge and all appliances worked well! Wifi was great! Clean everywhere besides under the beds. But everyone had a Great Time! Cons: The toilet seat was broken in the bottom bathroom with the tub. The same floor close to the big windows to the left, it was kinda soft from water damage. Also the sliding door held water. The bedroom also would creak on that floor when there was wind. The top floor the king closest to the beach with the Jack n Jill bathroom creaked a lot with wind as well. We noticed trash and stuff under beds. The carpet needs a good deep as well!

We will be back!!

This home is steps, literally from the beach!! Large living area and ample kitchen space. Easily accommodated our large family!! Beach was busy but not overcrowded at all. Easy to communicate with managing company with questions. The only inconvenience we experienced was that we eat in/cook most of our beach week as it’s such a long wait for a table for 16-18 and their was no cabinet/pantry/shelf space for the food items we needed to store for the week. There are 2 fridges so that was fantastic! We loved our stay here and hope to book here next summer.

House is in need of TLC

The beds were super comfy so that was a big deal for us, however this home is in need of some serious repairs and a few upgrades. The patio doors leading to the beach did not have a working lock leaving our stuff unsecured and a not so safe feeling at bedtime. We rigged a way to secure the door the first night and then had to text for maintenance. I will say, they did respond quickly and had someone out the next day. The house was not very clean when we arrived with stuck on food in the refrigerator and hand prints and food all over the large windows in the main living area. Also, the master bathroom did not have a lock on the door. I loved the location of this home being just a few steps to the beach, however I would not stay here again due to poor maintenance.

I great house

We liked the lay out of the house. We liked its location to both the beach and restaurants. The porches were great and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. We would definitely like to stay here again

Getaway with Friends

Perfect location for a getaway with friends. Kitchen was stocked well. Beach access was very convenient and not crowded. Bedrooms and baths were clean and comfortable.

Great Family Vacation

We had an excellent stay, the location and access to the beach was great! The dune in front was perfect for volleyball and football and we could keep an eye on kids from inside or the beach. I would highly recommend for multiple families!

Wonderful spacious home in excellent location.

You could not ask for better. House was immaculately clean when we arrived. Everything was exactly as pictured, and you could not ask for a better location. Close enough to everything for convenience but far enough away for quiet. Kitchen was very well stocked and starter supplies were very generous!

Great time at gulf shores

The house worked great for our family of 4 couples. Right on the beach. Was what the listing said. Would of been nice if kitchen supplies were furnished like salt, pepper suger and garbage bags but other than that had a great time.
