This cottage, adjoining the owners' house, offers peaceful, green getaways. It features a small terrace in front (on a quiet cul-de-sac) and a garden at the rear accessible from the outside. A private enclosed garden and terrace are located behind the house, accessible via a shared carport. Parking is available under a covered shelter. Enjoy views of the Pyrenees on clear days. A swimming pool is available for guests to share with the owners. The price decreases depending on the number of occupants. In the hamlet of En Berduquet, the cottage is located 1 km from the GR86 hiking trail (Toulouse - Aurignac), 2 km from the village of Saint-Thomas, near Saint-Lys (8 km), less than 30 minutes by car from Muret (22 km), Tépacap (treetop adventure park in Rieumes, 17 km), the Plaisance-du-Touch Zoo and Golf Course (17 km), the Samatan foie gras market (20 km), 15 km from the Isle-Jourdain leisure center (wakeboarding, swimming), 25 km from the La Ramée leisure and swimming center, and 55 km from Auch in the Gers department. Muret train station is 18 km from the cottage and provides access to Toulouse train station in 18 minutes. Ground floor: direct entrance into the living room with kitchenette, sofa, shower room, and separate WC. Upstairs: mezzanine, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160cm) (1 double bed 140cm + 1 single bed 90cm).
