Bienvenidos a # 125 Breakers! Creemos que estará muy contento de reservar unas excelentes vacaciones ... en un gran lugar ... ¡ya un precio de ganga! Soy CHUCK - HILTONHEADSCRENTALS.

Esta villa cuenta con un diseño abierto a la sala de estar, cocina y comer. Se ha reformado (pisos, techos, ventanas, puertas y paredes) y redecorado (todos los muebles nuevos, pisos de madera, baldosas de cerámica (Bath), Muebles de Cocina, encimeras de granito, electrónica, electrodomésticos, lavadora, secadora, baño de vidrio cerrado ducha y tapices y pinturas. Incluso tiene un tocador de maquillaje. Tiene una sensación contemporánea cabaña océano, con una excelente vista al mar y piscina climatizada. Camas incluyen un dormitorio principal con una cama de matrimonio y un sofá cama tamaño queen en la sala de estar.

Nuestra villa se encuentra en un primer piso elevado y ofrece Straight Hermoso y despejada En vistas a la piscina y en la playa y el océano. Se encuentra en el centro de los Breakers 'Horse Shoe' para que pueda compartir con toda la emoción que este complejo tiene para ofrecer! Y ... Estás literalmente a dos (2) minutos a pie de la playa!

El complejo Breakers se compone de 120 unidades separadas en un complejo de tres plantas edificio. Ubicado en el primer piso, no hay molestia de subir escaleras. Esta Villa está perfectamente situado para tomar ventaja de la verdadera vida frente al mar! También hay una piscina frente al mar impecablemente mantenida PLUS una piscina para niños, a pocos pasos de distancia. Todo ello rodeado de una amplia zona de terraza con tumbonas proporcionadas.

Breakers se encuentra en la popular zona de playa de bosque. Coligny Plaza, famosa por sus más de 60 tiendas y restaurantes se encuentra inmediatamente al otro lado de la calle. Una cantidad abundante de primera calidad isla campos de golf están a pocos minutos.

Esta unidad es una villa de no fumadores con no se permiten mascotas. 30% de depósito plus de garantía reembolsable (únicos huéspedes primera vez) necesarios para reservar. Debe ser ocupada por un adulto de 25 años o más. Todas las tarifas incluyen los servicios de limpieza. 10% de impuestos de Carolina del Sur adicional.

This was the perfect spot for vacation. The owner was on top of it with communication and with letting us know he’s available if there were any concerns. We had ZERO issues. First Time in Hilton Head

Property is in pretty good shape. The size was a bit small. Found the bedroom to be cramped but comfortable. Very convenient to the beach and many restaurants, food shopping and stores. Played golf at the Shipyard. Great course. Just watch out for the alligators. We also had fun playing miniature golf at the Legendary Golf.

The Breakers complex, as I advertise, is comprised with all one bedroom villas, each at 518 Sq Ft plus a sitting balcony. Cozy... yes, but perfect for couples and small families. Location cannot be beat and so many shops, restaurants and groceries are steps away. And of course, the Ocean is right there with a spectacular view from the Villa. Thankful to be within walking distance of the ocean

The condo was big enough for 2 adults (not meant for more than one couple). It was a perfect pool view! It was nice to be able to walk to the ocean anytime you wanted, as it was steps away. The area is convenient to Coligny and very quiet. Parking was first come first serve and was never an issue. I was very thankful for the recliner as well. The mattress was a tad to firm, so it was wonderful to have the recliner(didnt have to listen to the husband snore so that was an added bonus to having the recliner). Can't wait to return to HHI.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The place was perfect. 30 second walk to the beach, 1 minute walk to Coligny Park shops and restaurants. 100 yard walk down the beach to Pool Bar Jim’s which is a plus!! We will definitely be back.

Very nice, cozy, and clean villa, with easy access to the beach. Owner provided excellent information (check-in, parking, amenities, check-out procedures). The villa is ideally located at Coligny Beach on Hilton Head, with a short walking distance to shops and restaurants. We had a GREAT stay, and will stay here again.

No complaints. Some minor issues, like the bedroom door doesn’t close and the balcony is in pretty bad shape But we are all about the proximity to the beach and Breakers is excellent!

A Note To Potential Guests: The bedroom door is one that slides interior to the walls vs swinging open and close. It does come off its track. However it can be closed with a little effort. As far as the Balcony, all Breakers balconies are wood and all are under the jurisdiction and responsibility of the Association and not Individual owners. All Breakers decks are generally in the same condition. In my opinion, 125's balcony, although aging like the others is safe, stable and completely functional. I understand that the Association has developed a refurbishment plan and timeline to have all Breakers balconies updated.

Great experience

This was our first trip to Hilton Head and it won't be our last. The condo was in a very convenient location, clean, and good ocean view. Washer and dryer, linens, towels, and complimentary starter kit of necessities was provided for us which was very nice. The owner was very helpful.

We had an awesome time while staying at the Breakers # 125. The location was excellent, the view was great , and such a short walk to the ocean! The condo had everything my husband and I needed for a fun and relaxing vacation. We hope to return next year!

It was our first time in Hilton Head, and it will not be our last! Chuck was fantastic with all our questions and inquires ,the condo was great and was supplied with everything you could possibly need. We were 1 min from the beach, shopping and restaurants. The view was spectacular the picture does not do it justice. The residents of Hilton Head were also very nice, considering we showed up a week after Hurricane Matthew had gone through! We will be back again! Chuck rocks!!! (seriously he does!)
