Harold & Nataliya were excellent hosts! The location was quiet and the surrounding community was presentable and clean. Check-in and Check-out were easy. The only inconvenience I found was that the Apartment's garage was not big enough for our truck (F250 Ford) and we had to park far away from apartment (across the street) which was not comfortable. That was the only inconvenience I found. If we had a smaller vehicle, it would fit in the garage just fine. Other than that, I found the apartment very clean and comfortable. I would return to this place, but with a smaller vehicle!

An excellent stay!

We took our kids out to San Diego for New Year’s and had the pleasure of staying 5 nights at Natalia and Harold’s place. It was perfect for our family and we greatly enjoyed our stay. It had everything we needed and then some! I would highly recommend this property for families. Lots of space and the layout is ideal, with all of the bedrooms upstairs so the early bedtimes are not disturbed by the night owls.

Ideal location

The location was ideal: a choice of routes into the city (I-5 or 75 down the Silver Strand). Near the excellent don Pacho mexican take-out. Furnishings, supplies and roominess worked perfectly for our three families.
