The property worked well for our family of 8. Conveniently located near everything we wanted to do. Host quickly responded to any messages The master bedroom didn’t have any drawers to unpack our clothes unlike the other bedrooms. So my husband and I had to keep most clothes in luggage.

This property was awesome for our family of 5. Plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The beds are comfortable and the area feels safe. We had all the information we needed before we checked in and communication with the host was easy. Each room has its own A/C unit which are quite loud, (we were not use to this) but there are fans to use as well. It was a really nice place to stay and convenient to all of the activities that we had scheduled. Thank you for allowing use to stay! Highly recommend!

Non mi è piaciuto: Check-in
I have mixed feelings about this condo/appartment.The pool was great: clean, with a jacuzzi, and not too much chlorine. My kids loved using it every evening. The location was convenient, and having two designated parking spots was a big plus. We also liked both showers and the well-stocked kitchen with plenty of dishware and thoughtful supplies.Unfortunately, the unit also had several issues. It is an older apartment complex, and there was a very unpleasant smell inside. The AC was another major problem. The property only has portable AC units, and although there was one in each room, they were very noisy and did not cool well. Since the second level gets very hot, it would have helped if the host had turned them on before check-in. The first night was extremely uncomfortable because the rooms could not cool down.Maintenance was also disappointing: broken door handles, a barely functional dishwasher, a very noisy washing machine, a loose unsecured dryer top, and ants in the guest bathroom. The remodel looks good in pictures, but the quality is disappointing when looking closely. The host only responded by text or Vrbo messages and declined phone calls. Overall, the pool, location, parking, showers, and kitchen were nice, but the smell, poor cooling, maintenance issues, and communication made the stay disappointing.

Thank you for the detailed feedback. We’re glad your family enjoyed the pool, location, parking, and kitchen. We’re sorry about the odor, A/C, and maintenance issues, and we’re looking into each of them so future guests have a better experience. We’ll also pre-cool the rooms before check-in. Thank you for helping us improve. - Extraordinary Stays

Hi Claudia. Thank you for the lovely review! Delighted you found the property clean, comfortable, and pleasant. Sorry the portable AC units left the larger bedroom and one other room too warm overnight we'll look into improving that. We'd love to host you again, hopefully with cooler nights ahead! -Vacation Rentals by Aaron
