Bring your fur babies and let them enjoy a vacation as well - Max 2 dogs, the fee is $180 fee and there are weight limits (less than 50 lbs). Age minimum to rent is 25.
Great News, we have added (in May 2023) a new mini-split A/C to the main area to keep the house cool on those hot days, so we now have 2 HVAC systems. Also added close cell spray foam under the house to help keep the house cool on those hot days.
Start your vacation right and forget the cares of this world as you wake up and enjoy your coffee on the spacious front porch listening to the waves and watching the pelicans soar on the horizon. After your coffee, take a stroll on the white sand in the early hours to see the dolphins greeting you with the sunrise and before you come back in the house, there is a outside shower (Hot & Cold or warm) to rinse the sand off before heading upstairs.
As you return to make breakfast, lunch or dinner, enjoy a spacious and fully stocked kitchen that opens itself to a large island both now have new quartz countertops and open living room. The large breakfast bar has 4 bar stools. The Dining Room table fits 4-5 as well. As you head to the beach, feel free to use the wagon downstairs to haul your kids or your stuff to the beach! Enjoy your movie nights in the living room on huge 75 inch TV with the family. Wireless internet makes it easy to enjoy streaming your favorite show but Streaming TV service has changed their rules...

Downstairs area, you can enjoy a picnic table (seats 6), a charcoal grill, 2 porch swings.
This house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main suite has a king bed, a 50 in tv along with it's own on suite. The on suite has a shower and tub combination. On the other side of the house are the other two bedrooms. One has a queen sized bed and large closet and One has a Bunk Bed - Full XL Over Queen. They all have newer mattresses purchased in September 2021. The also sleeper sofa has a queen sized bed as well. The house comfortably sleeps 9 people.
We also added 3 outdoor security cameras for the Security of our guests and our house when we don't have guests. They are under house in the parking areas and 1 on the side of the house entrance area - motion activated.
Fort Morgan has so much to offer you! The fishing here is phenomenal with the Fort Morgan Marina only 5 minutes away. They offer charters of the bay and ocean and the Fort Morgan pier is some of the best fishing in the Gulf! If fishing is not your thing, eating local seafood still might be. The renowned Sassy Bass Grill and only 5 minutes from your house and Tacky Jacks is 2 minutes away. If you like history the actual Fort Morgan is open to the public to tour and there is a new board walk between the ferry launch and the Fort. Come to the peninsula and see what the buzz is about.
The Ferry also leaves from the peninsula and takes you to Dauphin Island. Go enjoy a dolphin cruise and have the dolphins right at your side. Fort Morgan is Gulf Shores best kept secret. Come and enjoy your stay at “As Good as it Gets.” We can’t wait to have you!
