Clean brand new beds and comfy bedding w/ plenty of blankets in 2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms and large closets. Located 2 miles from Hwy 90 & 1 mile to Hwy 95. Quiet rancher one floor. This is not a shared space rental. 3 concrete spaces of on site parking. Fenced in backyard w/ gas grill. Front load laundry available.
Perfect location. Making one turn out the development Grouse Meadows takes you 4 miles down Ramsey Rd. Quick and easy. Passing coffee shops, grocery, and gas stations
to Coeurd’Alene’s culture & community. Hiking Tubbs Hill, biking the North Idaho Centennial Trail, boating, bald Eagle viewing in the winter and with snowy ski resorts (Silver Mountain and Schweitzer Mountain). Enjoy local shops, restaurants, breweries and views of Lake Coeurd’Alene which is one of Idaho’s best lakes.
