We live on the ground floor with our pets and maintain a separate entrance.

There is absolutely no smoking / vaping / e-cigarette use allowed anywhere on the property. If you smoke, you must go down the street to do so.

The owner was very communicative and super helpful whenever we needed anything. Beautiful home with a little oasis of a back porch to sit on. Would highly recommend!!

Why they chose this property

It's a great neighborhood with parks, green spaces, frisbee golf, bike paths, splash pad. The bike paths connect all the way to Riverstone, the Spokane River and downtown CDA. We are close to restaurants and grocery stores.

What makes this property unique

There are 2 Kind beds (master bedroom has California King) and the furniture is real. It's very comfortable because this is our home during the off-season.
