-No Checkout Chores-
Lotus House is a very comfortable home that is ideal for relaxing after exploring all that our area has to offer. It has a spacious enclosed back yard with a doggie door for your pet. It is well stocked and supplied with most everything you need for a great getaway. Tv's in all bedrooms and living room. Keurig and Ninja coffee machine with coffees, teas, creamers and sugar included. Main bedroom has an adjustable queen Tempur-Pedic. Quiet residential neighborhood that is 2 blocks from a major family friendly park-Fitchner Mainwaring. The Lotus House is dog friendly place. All pups must be well trained. Guests are required to pick up after their pet (including in the yard) and will be responsible for any damages to furniture, etc.
Parties are not allowed.
There are 2 studios on the property with separate entrances beside the garage. I live in the downstairs studio and am available if needed. I am respectful of and value your comfort and privacy.
Access to the yard is exclusively for this house.

Had a great stay! The host was easy to work with and the property was perfect for what we were there to do; an early holiday visit with my son. Very clean, plenty of space and had all the ammenadies. Loved that it was dog friendly, my pug absolutly loved it as well. Would book again. Put it on my 'favorites' list. Thank you Tina.

The house was amazingly well stocked for all of the Christmas cooking we did. Every time we thought we needed something the place didn't have, we looked around and found it. I exchanged a few messages with the owner, who was very accommodating and prompt in her responses.

We were looking for a dog friendly house close to the softball complex...and this fit the bill. The house was very spacious and comfortable...and was close to everything we needed. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area again!

Wonderful stay!

Very cute house, family friendly with huge back yard. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Only minutes from shopping, eateries, and adventures. Lovely host, lots of extras! Would definitely return and recommend to anyone looking for the comforts of home away from home!

Always a great stay

We enjoyed our stay. The back yard was a big hit for us and our teenagers. The location is close to everything. This is my 2nd time staying in one of Tina’s houses and she does a wonderful job at making it feel like home away from home. Thank you for opening your homes to us during our travels. The House was perfect for our Family of 4 and our FurBaby Bagel. The yard was pwrfect for him to run around the home was comfortable. The beds were all great. Our stay was perfect. Tina would get back right with me when i messaged her about coming in early and also we were a few min late on check out. She was great. Would love to stay here again.

Medford drift event

This was our second time staying at this property and both times it has been great!! Tina is great she communicates great the place is always clean, and ready on time if not early. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe the yard is perfect for our dogs. I can’t say enough good things about this place!!

Comfortable and Accommodating

The home was just as pictured. Spacious, well-appointed and convenient. We cooked in the kitchen, made lots of cups of coffee and enjoyed time in the giant and lovely backyard with our dogs. The neighborhood is nice and there is a big park just a few blocks away. We would stay again when visiting the Medford area.

Very Generous Hospitality!!!

It was a lovely place and had almost everything we needed. I think the only thing we didn't have was a pizza cutter. I wish it was a little less expensive but it was so very nice to enjoy. wish we would have had more time to enjoy there but we spent most of each day visiting our family away from the residence. We tried to leave the place even better than we found it.LORD bless you!

Weekend of Drift racing

The house was clean, easy directions to follow. Great yard for our dogs. Seemed well stocked with anything we would need but we weren’t not there much except to sleep we had a super busy weekend. Over all a great experience.

We enjoyed this cute little house. Tina provides a lot of extras, which is a nice touch. The beds were comfy and the neighborhood was very quiet. It was great to have a fenced back yard for our little dog.

My name is Tina. I have lived in Southern Oregon since 1996. I moved from the Los Angeles area to raise my children here. They are now grown, and my 3rd grandbaby was born recently.
My favorite things to do are to cook, learn new recipes, bargain shop and to travel. My new favorite place to travel is Oceanside where my new grand babies live.
I really enjoy making people feel comfortable and welcome when they visit. I truly enjoy hosting my guests and making your stay very special. I am available as needed and If you prefer to be left alone then not a problem at all. This is your vacation and you should have it however you wish.
I wish you all a very special trip whether you stay with me or choose another site.
