The Book&Pay agency offers this 35 m² studio apartment with mountain view and ski resort within walking distance, which can accommodate up to 6 people, for rent in La Bresse. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a pretty 21 m² living room, an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom (with bath). We're waiting for you!

The apartment is composed as follows
- 21 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, etc.
- A sleeping area with a bunk bed (1 double bed) and two double sofa beds
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.

This studio is ideally located in La Bresse, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from being close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
Enjoy a wide range of outdoor activities: hiking, walking, lakes ideal for fishing or pedal-boating. Discover the Parc des Lamas, the goat farm and its delicious local produce, or the Bol d'Air with its accrobranche and the Parc des Lutins, perfect for young and old alike.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot (1 vehicle).

- Remiremont train station, about 40 minutes away by car
- Basel-Mulhouse airport (BSL), approx. 1 hour 35 minutes away.

A shared storage room is available for skis, toboggans and bicycles.

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
