A luxurious 5 bedroom and 5 bathroom (3 full/2 half) home with flat private yard and quiet cove. This home provides a nice peaceful feel and has an open floor plan connecting the kitchen, dining area, and living room. This beautiful home is 4,000 square feet and all one level. with attached garage with additional parking. This house is perfect for a corporate rental, a family or a couples getaway. It’s off a main highway just a few miles and the only gravel you have is the short gravel driveway to the house! As you look out the windows you have a beautiful view of the Lake of the Ozarks!
At the private dock right in front of the house, we have caught several fish. We have caught perch, catfish, bass, crappie, and white bass. Our dock doesn’t get any rough water which makes being on the dock for fishing and swimming the best!
We are located at the 9 mile marker on the Gravois Arm. The cove is quiet with no big boat traffic. We have 6 feet of water at our private dock. You are minutes away from the most popular restaurants and bars on the Lake. There is a public conservation boat ramp just 1 mile by water and 4 miles by land for your use to put in your boat or PWC’s.
Places nearby: close by boat, enjoy the public beach, bar, kids slides and restaurant At “Coconuts”, Maggie’s on the Lake, Lake Burger, & Jolly Rogers.
The town of Gravois Mills is 4 miles by vehicle.
There you will find gas stations, bait, and a Dollar General. If you drive south 15-20 more miles, you come to Laurie, MO where they have everything you could need from groceries, restaurants, cinema, & golf. If you go 20 minutes north of our house, you will come
to Versailles where you will find bait, Wal-Mart, & restaurants.
If you would like to go to Bagnell Dam Strip, go-karts, outlet mall, miniature golf, water parks, or ride horses for ages 7 and up or pony rides for ages 3-6 at Thouvenel Stables that is a car ride about 40-45 minutes.
Frank’s and Louie’s and Captain Ron’s are about 25 minute drive from the house too. There are so many great options for your stay!
We do furnish dishes, silverware, drink ware, kitchen towels, & bed linens. We do supply a starter of paper towels, toilet paper, & trash bags.
We do have a ring security camera that views the oncoming vehicles to the property and is on 24/7 and sits above the right side of the garage door. The camera that is on the house is to protect the safety of our guests and the property.
We do encourage you to use life jackets and ask that you bring your own to ensure the correct fit. If you would like to fish, we ask you bring your own fishing poles too.
We have a 3x9 table with 5 chairs and a bench seat so you can sit, relax and enjoy the gorgeous lake view!
We have a beautiful deck with a 3x 9 table on the front deck and also a small deck off the main bedroom.
This home is beautifully furnished inside with a dock that you can go on and not fight rough water or loud noise. The water is calm, the yard is grassy and flat, and you are only just three steps down and a lil stroll to the private quiet dock! We look forward to having you as a guest in our home! Lake Life is the best!!! *Note: If you are looking to rent in mid January to mid April our home will not have any lake water. Ameren Union Electric does their winter draw down. The entire lake becomes more shallow, but since the back of our cove doesn't have super deep water, it's drawn down to no water. They do this so they can prepare for the spring rains. We just want you to be aware of this in case you are renting mid-January to mid-April and going for a swim. **
