Family Friendly Beach Escape 1432-a Mermaid, Award winning Ocean Lakes Sleeps 8

Thank you for considering to let us host you at our 2 BR/2 BA plus bunk house located at 1432-a Mermaid. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Couch pulls out to a queen sleeper to accommodate 8. Nestled In the award winning Ocean Lakes campground includes a complimentary golf cart, cable TV/internet. It’s a 2 minute golf cart ride to the beach and 5 minute ride to the waterpark. Seasonal Waterpark is included with booking. Mini golf and game room open year around. Never have to leave the grounds once you arrive. Golf cart parades every night during the summer. Very family friendly. There is a 15.00per day car pass fee charged from Ocean Lakes that is not included in the rental price. Linens are included. VRBO will place a 300.00 dollar hold on your credit card similar to how hotels do incase of damages.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Clean all small appliances that were used during your stay. Clean and put away all dishes, pots, pan, glasses, flatware, etc. Ensure the microwave, and coffee pot are unplugged and wiped clean.
Leave the TV remote controls on the table or by TV in bedrooms. Sweep/mop heavy traffic areas as needed.
Place laundry bags by sliding glass door. Place key back in lock box, Leave other keys hanging in living room on hooks. Empty all trash cans in the house and place the trash on the curb for pick up.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
